Just avoid this place all together unless you like disappointment, cold food, wasting time, and frustration. A few weeks ago after a very long night I went through the drive thru for something fast. Ordered my husbands combo, my combo, and 2 pies. The attendant (caucasian kid speaking English) read back the order and I said no, I wanted the actual beef a1 bacon burger not the chicken tender crisp. He said okay and I said yes the burger NOT the chicken. I pay and look at the receipt...still says tendercrisp...I ask again if Im getting the beef A1 not the chicken and the kid says yes. I get my order and pull into a parking space, open the wrapper of my burger. ..of course its chicken. Pull back into the lot, go inside and say its wrong, the manager yells to the back for the beef burger and the kid from the window apologized to which I said "thats fine and all but thats why I asked over and over to make sure it wasnt the chicken". The manager hands me a new burger and says keep the wrong one. I get home (I should have checked before leaving again but I assumed after one mess up Id be okay. ...nope) and I have a cheese burger with ketchup on it. Not my A1 bacon cheese burger, I mean seriously not even close. After an open to close shift at work, I just threw it on the table, didnt even have an appetite anymore. They also messed up my husbands order as well totally wrong item but since I wasnt familiar with it I didnt catch it. I called and said I wasnt going back up there tonight but I wanted my money back. I went up the next day and I only got back the money for my burger not the whole order which is whatever I didnt want to deal with it anymore. Never again. How can an establishment be so lazy and completely unsatisfactory to the point of just putting whatever in a bag and hoping its close to what is ordered.

Was greeted with a very personable experience. The lady at the front took the initiative to give suggestions and her personal favorites to entice me to try something, "daring and new." The restroom exceeded my expectations. Clean, fresh, and all appliances in working order made this restroom as cozy as the rest of the location. Food, well its BK. Im a fan of the BK franchise. This location complied with the BK standards. Hot fries. Tempered burger. Coke machine with all flavor selections active.

Your typical fast-food joint. Their fries are generally fresh, short to no lines. Service can be hit or miss. I have had some really good experiences here; but I have also had some pretty bad experiences too. I.E. ordering a simple chicken sandwich meal, paying for the chicken sandwich meal (no special ordering) and receiving a beef patty sandwich instead. Aside from occasionally getting the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER, its pretty tasty and staff tends to be more amiable than others.

It took them 4 tries and 40 minutes to try and get my order right. Even then my salad was wrong. This has happened on multiple occasions. And the manager was rude, he said he couldnt help me because he had other customers. Youre better off somewhere else!

Its good if you like Burger King, which I do. I kind of wish the size of food they gave were bigger but they are probably the size I got them for saving money and they can say its to try to stop people from eating fast food.

There was an issue with their system in ordering a burger with extra ketchup. Took about 10-15 minutes to fix the issue. Staff is kind of friendly yet not. Other than that good service all around.

This place has not let me down once. I have eaten cold, leftover food in other locations and McDonald but never this one, this place is clean and tidy, however, the service let me down sometimes.

They dont make the hamburgers and cheeseburgers the the right way. I seems to me have not been reading the step by step instuction in how to properly make burgets the Burger King way.

This BK is supposed to open at 6 AM. I have a little over a year working close to this rest and I have never seen it happening. Owner, please address this issue.

Not sure why there seems to a change in the quality of the croissant, but the hash browns are still top notch. The guy at the drive thru was friendly.
