One of the worst experiences. Staff are quite untrained and we got a perception that owner doesnt seem to care how the restaurant is been run. Food quality is not good. I highly recommend to avoid this restaurant especially when visiting with friends for fun time. Went to this restaurant along with few friends and we were quite disappointed with the service and embarrassed as our friends had to leave without eating food. 1. No cleanliness: Upon entering restaurant we found several tables with used plates still on them and they werent cleaned for entire duration we were there. Floor is sticky. 2. We werent greeted by anyone and waiter was walking around. We had to find our own places and wait for waiter. 3. After several minutes of waiting we were given menus and finally a waiter came to take order after 15 minutes. Waiter wasnt sure what all would come with menu items. 4. Upon ordering we started receiving one by one main course item with a gap of 10 minutes for each individual. Ridiculous that first person had to wait for 30 minutes with his order on his plate waiting for other orders to come. 5. Uthappam still has raw dough in it. It took 30 minutes and still we didnt get biryani. When we enquired about it and wanted to cancel, waiter didnt seem to care at all and cancelled the order ! We felt embarrassed as our friends had to leave without eating food almost end of the night with no other Indian option to go to. A last word to owners. Please be civilized and by no means you have any right to treat your guests to such low quality treatment.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!! We have had Indian food in many different cities but never had this bad of an experience. We ordered our food (samosas, biryani, chinese rice) and waited for almost half an hour when we noticed that the couple who came after us got their samosas before us. When we asked the waitress she said she will check and tell us. She came out and very casually without even stopping or apologizing for delay said the our food is on the way. We thought it happens sometimes and waited. It had been 45 mins by now and then we noticed a waiter coming out with food and we thought it was ours as almost everyone had recd their food, but that was not for us, so as we were looking where he takes the food I noticed that the staff was laughing at us as we had not recd our food yet. We were shocked that they were laughing and we just walked out of the place. No one tried to stop us and ask why we are leaving! Manner-less staff. I think what makes a restaurant good is not just its food but also the service. I am never going back. There are way better Indian restaurants around. Go for Chutney, they have delicious food and wonderful staff. STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO GO TO SNEHA. WORST SERVICE EVER.

If you havent been in a while, go try this place again. Since March 2017 they have a new cook and an expanded buffet. Last year I would say 3.5 to 4 stars, but they really took it up a notch. I only go on weekend buffets which always have a goat, several chicken, and a seafood dish as well as many for my vegetarian wife. Favorite today (sorry I didnt write down the name) was bone-in chicken in broth, almost like a stew. Wife loved the Malai Kofta. And they are now carrying a delicious noodle dish that reminds me of Hakka noodles (Taiwan style).

i cant give half star so i am giving 1 star. this restaurant is the worst one i never been to. they are using the old Biryani , storing them in refrigerator and warming them and selling. every thing i ate today is like the old one . idly , dosa masala , papadam every thing . and the worest thing is the workers. changing workers every week had became a passion for them . new worker less pay less service . first know the way to treat customers and then start doing business. its a kind request from me ... thanks and no one dare to go there .

What can I say about this place. Awesome food, great service and everything on the menu at affordable price. We went with family to this beautifully decorated indian restaurant and cant say enough abt how much we all enjoyed the food and service there. We ordered Chicken biriyani, paneer curry, dosas, samosas, samosa chat and Veg biriyani. Everything was cooked according to our spice level requests and perfection. Great dine in indian restaurant in the area!!

We had a very worst experience with ambience provided at this restaurant. Got a feeling that the owner and the staff think, people visit Indian restaurants as they have no choice. We ordered couple of items and as the staff took more than an hour we left the restaurant cancelling items that were not served. Food for sure is not fresh, items looked dried and preserved. Its high time that the owner and staff to realize they are not serving anything for FREE

The only reason I gave 2 star is because the environment is nice. The food looks not bad, but when you look into details, you can see that the lamb is over cooked. The meat is charred! Not much meat that you can eat left there. The worst Indian food I have even had. And waitress is untrained. And she told me its just how the oven cooked the lamb. Its really unpleasant to eat those lamb!

Have tried now 3 times to place an online order for pickup. Each time it terminates with the message that the restaurant did not pick up the order. On one occasion I actually stopped in to see if I could place the order there. No one on the front desk and waited 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I have heard they have good food, but I wont be patronizing them in the future.

My friends and I went to this restaurant two days ago ,we ordered one appetizer and some entrées. Chicken Lollipops was very delicious, I could tell that they used new oil to make this dish. Entrées were very good too, which I forgot the names. However, I liked the spiciness for the food, it was very delicious and special for us. This place was very clean and service was very nice.

We are regularly visiting Sneha from the day one. This restaurant has friendly staff and they are maintaining high quality food. We have ordered Chicken biriyani,Veg biriyani, navaratan korma, paneer curry and Chicken Tikka Masala last time. The food was excellent. My children try different delicious items from their menu each time we visit and they love to go to Sneha.

Never had a bad meal at this place. I hate how they dont always give me food as hot as I asked for it, and I think thats because Im pale, but the appetizers are great, the meals are great, the people Ive met who sat near me were cool, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Their salt lassi is refreshing!

Food is fantastic! Very authentic. Tastes home made. The veggie biryani was delectable, the Naan tasted as if it was actually made in a tandoor. Channa masala was amazing. Chutneys very well made. Only Indian place to have mango lassi as part of the buffet. And Unlimited Dosas?! Kmn. Im in heaven
