I really wanted to love this restaurant because it is close to my house but our dining experience was very disappointing. The first disappointment was that apparently they were out of spinach. Personally, palak paneer is a vital part of my Indian dinner. We were the only people there and it was the beginning of their dinner hours so I do not understand how they could have run out. The next problem was the center of my samosa was frozen. The papadum was dripping with oil. I have probably eaten at 50 different Indian restaurants and have never been served greasy papadum before. The food was not terrible but their "mild" was more mild than I have ever had even at buffets that are meant to serve everyone. Yes, we ordered it mild for my four year old so I knew it wouldnt be very spicy but it lacked a lot of the flavor we expected. To top off the evening, one of the orders of nan we received had obviously been scraped off tandoor, the whole bottom part was missing! I was shocked that they would serve this to paying customers. The waiter disappeared when we were done with our meal making us wait boxes and the check. Maybe he was embarrassed about serving nan like that? I thought they might try harder to please their only costumers of the evening at their new location. Next time we will drive to Fairport or Henrietta for a better Indian restaurant.

Disappointing that this place hasnt picked up. I think its a weak location as it looks like a house. Theyre just getting going there; it used to be Phuket Thai. Their chicken makhani is phenomenal. The vegetables this night left something to be desired. Because we were one of only 2 tables seated, we had all of the waiters attention (which can sometimes be too much if youre trying to have a conversation and theyre being too attentive, but I understand, he was probably bored out of his mind). My wife and I are big fans of their location on Clinton.

I ordered a dozen samosas for a party and was disgusted by their taste. Useless samosas. Stale, tasteless, frozen and then defrosted and heated up badly. There is no excuse for this. Potatoes taste like garbage if they are frozen and reheated. I took the samosas away from my company and threw them away. I called the restaurant to let them know, I dont think they took it seriously. Count the days until this place goes under. Their food is an insult to Indian cooking.

The food smells good... Thats the best thing I can say about the place. The tea had more flavor and spice than anything they served. Naan was dried out, sauces were all tasteless or too sweet, and watered down to the point where it was like soup. Dont bother going. The Indian on the Wegmans Hot Bar is better!

You need to improve quality a lot... I understand that the Indian community in webster is less but still you can concentrate on quality rather than number of items.. and I never seen a Indiam restaurant without biryani in buffet.
