Ive had better visits to Panera Bread. My son ordered the yogurt in the tube. The outside of the tube had something on it. The manager advised that it was pesto that leaked out. Ugh! Why didnt anyone (the staff member who have it to me) see this? Kids put their mouths on them. Why wouldnt they be kept in a sanitized area. But he happily gave us a fresh one from a new box. Then there was a gnat. I know these bugs can be out of ones control but still... it was annoying and encouraged me to hurry the rest of my meal since it kept invading our space. The restaurant appeared clean but there was something just not fresh about it. The table we sat at, had not been wiped down after the last guests. So we had to wipe up crumbs, etc ourselves. I dont know... it just wasnt a great visit and Im disappointed.

Last time I was there in beginning of March 2015 I called in an order. They told me 15-20 minutes to be ready. I show up 40 min after placing the order and pay for my food. I am then told I would have to wait a few minutes. When I ask why she tells me they lost my ticket and hadnt started making any of the food. I approached a manager who said he would make it himself. No compensation for being over 30 min late making my food. Had an earlier issue that same day when ordering corporate catering, the person answering the phone didnt know how many half a dozen was and tryyed to overcharge for our regular order. Not such great new employee training there.

Is it SO hard to remember to put chicken in my Asian sesame CHICKEN salad??!.. Only person waiting for food.. Im happy the people making my food were more concerned with what their coworkers did last night than making sure my TOGO order was correct.. Thank you .. Never coming to this location again .. Would have been better off going to Wendys..they wouldnt have forgotten the main ingredient in one of their dishes.

Broccoli cheddar soup is frequently runny here, otherwise its Panera, exactly what you expect from one ... The tea is good, the everything bagel is good, the steak and white cheddar panini is ok except the steak pieces are often bigger than they should be yet not as much there as youd like ... But again its fine, its a typical Panera ...

Overall is a good place with good food. In this particular visit not so much. I was served an old/dirty apple with fingernail marks on it.. yes it was toward the end of the day but it doesnt mean I have to get the leftovers. It was easier to say..we dont anymore apples and leave a bad impression. Table was dirty too.

My kids love this place. They are obsessed with the bread bowl soups. Their favorites include chicken with wild rice and broccoli and cheddar soups. Panera Bread is evolving its menu with the times. Their foray into the healthy concept is commendable.

A great Panera bread location with decent service, warm freshly prepared food and a nice ambience. The drive thru is really convenient and Ive never had any issues with the place! Parking can be a bit of a hassle on busy evenings.
