I dont come here frequently even though I live close by primarily because the guy behind the counter is rude and quite snotty to the customers. Today I went in for a coffee and plain toasted bagel not realizing they dont provide butter in the condiment area. After I got my bagel I asked for a butter patty and he lectured me and then charged me 65 cents for the patty. I declined and pointed out that butter patties are usually included as a condiment. He told me if I dont like it, dont come back! I dont like it and I wont come back. They have lost myself, my family and I will spread the bad word to my neighbors, co-workers and friends as well--all for a butter patty. How stupid is that? There is an alternative though. The Giant grocery store in the same center has a Starbucks if you dont want to pay the high prices or take the abuse at the Bagel Bin.

The staff is very friendly and nice, but the food tastes like sh#$%. In my opinion do not buy the eggs or anything cooked there. The bagels should be okay because I do not believe these people make it themselves. Again nice people but horrible food. The taste was so sickening I had to go to Subway next door and buy something there to eat to get that taste out of my mouth. I did not finish what I ordered I threw it completely away. I would not recommend this place at all. If your going to buy something keep it simple and get a plain bagel and do not have them add your cream cheese or whatever you want on it. I am just being real!

I totally agree with Murkys comments. I have visited the Bagel Bin on occasion and have also found the tall man behind the counter rude and argumentative. After incorrectly fulfilling my order he proceeds to lecture me that this is exactly what I ordered even after explaining it was not. Other cashiers are not as abrasive as he is. I also find the prices excessive and they charge for every little thing--even just slicing the bagel. The food is generally good even though it is pricey but the management customer service is terrible. This place could be a gem if it was run by a different crowd.

Great food, very good service, friendly family oriented atmosphere... it does get crowded sometimes but that is a sign of their quality and a function of the size of the structure/store space, but its nothing major. In my opinion, theyre not always great at handling crowds/large amount of orders but its acceptable. Over all I love eating there with my family.

The lady behind the counter was very rude. We asked for an iced coffee and they charged $4.25. We asked why as it was the medium size and they stated is the brand of coffee. They have no other options for iced coffee. The bubble tea was awful too. Too bad as the food is good but the prices are very very high.

Food is delicious clean and affordable. Seems like ownership has changed ppl r nice and kind. Honey walnut cream cheese is sooooooo good and the breakfast sausage burrito is as well. Makes me wanna come back more and more. Smoothie is so fresh they use fresh fruit..tastes like..newayz..my favorite bagel place.

Cant believe It took me so long to come here. Great breakfast food, great coffee and great pastries. Line moves fast and the food is delicious. Only downside is the service...had one man roll his eyes at me and snort after asking him what kind of cheese they had. Not sure what that was about.

Awesome paninis and bubble teas, tried their breakfast burrito as well which was pretty good too, there was a minor problem with their food but owners went out of their way to make things right.

Decent bagels and spread, but the toasting charred all the onions on top, while leaving the inside barely toasted. Vaguely onion flavored chunks of carbon. So not great attention to detail.
