Used to love this place. Bagels have become too salty and a toasted bagel seems to never be toasted.ive been underwhelmed by their other sandwiches. And while its not their fault they removed tables and chairs because of Maryland health code (not being able to offer a dine in service) without handicap accessible bathrooms. As someone who has back pain issues not being able to sit down while I wait can be problematic. Additionally, If Im going to grab a bagel out I want it be a relaxing experience where I can eat it where I ordered it. I will be hard pressed to go back now. Its a shame and Im sorry that my major problem with the place is due to a code...As Im not sure where they could have space for bathrooms.

We walked in and saw a giant sign saying they had gluten free bagels and I was super excited. I got to the counter and asked for cream cheese and lox on a gluten free bagel, and they told me they couldnt do that. I asked why, and they said they only sell them as a frozen package like you would purchase in the grocery store (except a ton more expensive) and even if I bought a package they would not prepare one of the bagels at all. False advertising.

We went there for over 2 years and now we wont go there ever again. The old owners, Rick and his family, were the best. Such nice and wonderful people that you can carry a 15 minute conversation with. Now, within the new ownership, it just plan sucks. They are not at all nice and they mess up the simplest orders every time! Its a shame since the bagels were awesome, now, no so much.

The bagels are still the same as when they were owned by someone else. Excellent! They have a nice big room for reading or chatting with friends. I would love to see more people support family owned businesses like this. I would like them to succeed because I enjoy hanging out there on the weekend. Please give them a try!

I love this place! I work in this area every Sunday for the month of September and have not been let down when going to this place. The great and the service is even better. I dont know their names so I cant shout anyone out, but I love this place. Highly reccomend going here to get your morning meal.

I cant believe Ive lived in this neighborhood for almost 5 years and havent been here! A real asset to the area. I had a sun-dried tomato bagel with egg, ham and pepper jack cheese, very satisfying. Quick, friendly service. Ill definitely be back, cant wait to try the challah bage.

Ordered two Nova on the Run, neither bagel was fully sliced through. While the food itself was average, it was sloppily made. This is my first time here, and I am disappointed because I saw they had such good reviews.

ALWAYS a wonderful experience! BEST bagels around, great fresh made flavored cream cheeses, friendly and helpful staff and fun Deli sandwiches too. I have been coming here for over 20 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
