Great bakery where almost everything is made from scratch in store (napoleons and a couple of similar items come in pre-frozen). After baking professionally for many years there are a few things I look for at any bakery and Passion hardly ever misses a one. To me the biggest indicator of NOT CUTTING CORNERS, is the proofing & baking temp/time of croissant & Danish dough. Almost every bakery you go to has rushed through by proofing above the melting point of the butter. Making the butter melt out and onto the baking sheet prior to baking. Leaving a buttery croissant not so buttery. And yes if you look at the baking sheet you will be able to very easily tell when you look if this was done.

This is the BEST bakery!!!!!! I love the cakes, cookies and specialty items. The cookies make great gifts - especially since they are put in the cutest boxes at the bakery. Add a bow and its ready to give! The cakes are a huge favorite at work. We always get our cakes from Passion and its the highlight of our entire day. Strawberry mousse, Tres Leche, Chocolate cake w/shavings, etc. The cakes are decorated beautifully and personalized.

Wow absolutely love this bakery!!! They even made my daughters Dora the Explorer 1st Birthday cake. Everyone enjoyed the birthday cake and I was asked by every guest where we had gotten the cake from because they found it so yummy. I highly recommend this bakery even their savory pastries are amazing!!! Love this place so much great to support small businesses in the local area.

Great place for both your typical bakery palate and if you would like some Central American treats! This place has some of the best quesadilla pastries(not to be confused with quesadilla with tortilla and cheese). Their Mango mousse cake is the best! They also have freshly made breakfast sandwiches that are filling and quite delicious. So happy to have a great bakery in Olney!

Extremely pleasantly surprised. Wanted to bring cookies to some good friends, real bakery baked cookies. Their selection was solid, cookies looked great and tasted even better. Service was provided with a giant smile. Also, picked up croissants, wow, very well done. Pain au Chocolat was perfect, as was their Ham-Cheese-Croissant. Well be back, regularly!

Incredibly good bakery. I am always searching for a real bakery ad this fits the bill. Real butter and other quality ingredients in the pastries. Well made, and above all tasty! Try the cheese Danish; its different than any other Ive had (somewhere in between a pastry and a sweet roll). I cant get enough!

This café has reasonable prices and a side wide variety of delicious bakery items. They dont have a HUGE selection of premium coffee beverages; but they do have Cappucinos and lattes-iced OR hot-which are very good! Its very cute and pleasant, inside and out and its very clean. Definitely a keeper!

Possibly the best bread pudding Ive had anywhere. Ever. Its a guilty pleasure for sure. The eclairs, fruit tarts, cookies, cakes are delicious also....but please save me some bread pudding.
