id seen Sweet & Natural desert products at my local grocer for ages, but had never made it out to the Mount Ranier restaurant... but WOW, what i was missing! Its vegan-soul-food in a cafeteria-style daily choice of 2 entrees and sides off a hot bar type counter service (typical of this region), but cooking was a step above. Not the biggest selection (compared to Woodlands/NuVegan), but extra good. Hard to please stuff that usually isnt good elsewhere was really good here. And not greasy. A daily selection of your favorites each day on the line, and some grab-and-go drinks, sandwiches & desserts in the cold case. Next to Glut natural foods if you need a grocery run. Metered parking in the neighborhood if you drive, no great bike parking options, but one can make do.

I found Sweet & Naturals vegan cakes at Roots grocery store and they were unbelievably good! So good that I decided to take the hour-long drive to visit the restaurant in person - its a cozy little spot located in a small town. The staff are pleasant; the young man who greeted us, Baccarri, gave me and my niece a free piece of cornbread after we expressed that this was our first time visiting the restaurant! I purchased a large cake and a three-item platter of macaroni and cheese, yams, and fried "fish" - all delicious, but we especially enjoyed the "fish" and the mac and cheese, and of course, the vegan cakes are always, always amazingly delicious! We will absolutely be visiting again!

So this place was GREAT! The bakery goods are beyond compare, we got a cookie to go with our dinner and a muffin for breakfast the next day and both were absolutely fantastic! The dinner was wonderful, the food was very flavorful and it was a real treat to be able to get a good variety of different kinds of foods and have it all be vegan!

I went on my birthday and was gifted a cupcake! They had so many different types! The food was amazing. I ordered fried chicken, sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese. My friend ordered fried fish, red beans and rice and greens. We also got the ginger lemonade. The food was all amazing and sooo satisfying. I will be a return customer!

Food was horrible and tasted old. The brother at the register was sweating all over the food because it was hot as Hades in there with 98 degree temps outside! He also let someone jump in front of me to get a drink refill in the same cup. He put this mans germy cup so close to the dispenser that it touched. So unhygienic!

Food was absolutely delicious. We had a brunch on the "Soul Food Saturday", and the combination of foods, flavors and spiciness (mild and medium) was fantastic. The service was not fast, but was quick and you were taken care of very well. The staff were patient with all sorts of questions and were able to answer everything.

When my body aches for healthy wholesome food they never disappoint. Veggie mac-cheese is a meal its self. The variety of African style cooked veggies, Okra! Then you can get your everyday staples at Gluts. two doors down. Thank-you so much. Let me know when you expand to other parts of town.

If youre a newbie to "Veganville" this is great place to start. Its absolutely tastefully well done.. No pun intended lol Thank you Sweet and Natural. Very comfortable setting. The staff and cook are fun and positive people. My friends and I will be back. Lots of food for a great price!!

Great local spot for vegan cuisine. Deli-style soul food and desserts in a casual setting. Take-out or eat-in. Top choices for me: interesting take on mac n cheese; excellent fake chicken pieces; and a mix of sorrel and ginger-lemonade to drink.

Beat vegan food I have ever had in my life!! Friendly staff and all delicious everything! meatloaf, mac & cheese, greens, yams and the brownies especially!! cant wait to go there again! My boyfriend is not vegan and even he absolutely loved it.

The food is great! Had the vegan fried chicken, gluten free macncheese, and vegetables (carrots, cabbage, onions, I think). Everything was warm, tastes well, appropriately seasoned, etc. Also the staff were very professional.

I love there food! The portions are huge and the staff are always nice. I love how their menu is based on the day. Great variety. Not all food is tofu/soy ( like some other places :/). Plus, their baked goods are very tasty!

A vegan eaterie. Enjoyed the Teriyaki Tofu and Spinach Lasagna for entrees, and collards, candied yams and potatoes and green beans as sides. They have cupcakes, pies, cakes and brownies. Good sized portions.

Great Food! A very interesting restaurant tucked in the middle of nowhere. Vegetarian meal so delicious that someone whos a non-vegetarian could easily eat it and probably not know the difference.
