Just tried ordering through the drive-thru (well earlier today) but left in tears without my order. Its never good when the person taking your order at the drive-through appears to be acting rude. Any here is my unpleasant experience: The drive-through line was fairly long and slow. I received an important call regarding a medical issue and but I explained to the caller that I was in drive-through and put her on-hold when I got to the ordering speaker. But then the order taker acted extremely short and nasty towards me. When I without any anger inquired of another employee (manager? ) why I was talked to that way she said very nastily that she did not blame the order taker because she had been trying for minutes to take my order. This is not possible because it took seconds for me to ask my caller to hold. I wanted to explain this to employee 2 (manager??), however she abruptly turned her back on me and left without giving me the chance. No exaggeration. I was so upset I tried to call them, but was not able to speak to a live person, so I left a vm. I doubt they will ever return my call. But I am assuming that they are very pleased with themselves and having a good laugh at my expense. I had been going to this BK a couple of times a week and was rather clueless over their feelings about me until today. Thanks for listening

I honestly dont prefer Burger King, but the manager at this one, James Taylor, is incredible. Better than any fast food manager Ive ever met. His customer service, his willingness to stay late and go the extra mile in service of the customers and the company is very much appreciated. I will be returning to Burger King, this Burger King, because it was such an enjoyable experience. Mr. Taylor deserves a raise and should be training new managers in order to spread this attitude.

I just got done dealing with them. They screwed up my drive thru order then when I went in to get it fixed I told someone she took the burger threw it out and told the kitchen to make a correct one. It took 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there and when I finally got a burger they gave me the smallest one on the menu when I ordered a whopper I will not be going back!

The burgers was cold.... got the 2 for $10 My kids came in from a soccer game so they bought in a little bit of dirt, but a employee with mumbling under her breath about how we made a mess. Made extra noise when cleaning up as she was mad. Slid a chair so loud to clean up and to get attention. Did not feel kid friendly!!! Very uncomfortable experience I will never go in there again

Food was good enough for a major fast food chain. As far as this location is a bit awkward for ordering and pick up food. You come into the ordering line but no real area to stand to wait for your food so this creates a pool of people right by the door but I dont see how this could be remedied by the owner with current layout.

Beware this Burger King, they claim to be open at 6am, but at 6:40 the huge male at the window is more concerned with talking on his bluetooth then waiting on you. Very very rude. On the upside, Thursday the man at the window was as sweet as the other was rude.

I had to go back two times because I was given burnt burgers. I should have went back a third time because I was given burnt burgers once again. Next time Im just going to order chicken and hope those sandwiches arent burnt too.
