The 3 stars are for excellent coffee and consistent food. Everything else sucked and gets no stars. My first review: Food is consistently good. Coffee is excellent. Customer service is Meh and always slow. My 2nd visit: Coffee is excellent. I received a order that was SIMILAR TO what I ordered but definitely not what I ordered; I almost was going to eat it anyway but went up to address it. I was told "itd just take a minute" to make the right order, so I told them thanks, sure! I was then refunded for what they served me but then CHARGED for the fixed/correct order, which shocked me! Its been 15 minutes and I have yet to receive the fixed order..was just told they are now out of the kind of bagels I had come in to order..theyre teetering on the edge of losing my business completely! I told them so and walked out

I love Einstein bagels. But this particular store did not measure out to be what I expect from this very popular bagel chain. The place was practically empty (only two were taken). I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado on whole honey wheat... Toasted Please! When I picked up my sandwich not only was the bagel un-toasted but also the avocado was missing. The majority of the tables needed to be served. I was going to approach the young lady behind the counter about these little issues (including my sandwich) but she was busy making herself a late. I walked out and ate my bagel sandwich in the car.

Unacceptable service! Took 15min for takeout bagel and sandwich.... And they messed up a simple order. I asked for a bagel and a bagel sandwich and even went over my order wih the cashier because she looked unpleasant and spaced out. I received my bagel sandwich with the cream cheese inside and no separate bagel with cream cheese like I requested. Absolutely horrible service. The wait alone deserves 1 star. Never again. Just dont go. And I had to pay more and wait longer for them to give me a bagel with cream cheese...

They do a great job, the bagels an desserts tastes great, and the place is always clean. The workers are very friendly local young people. I am disappointed that during the beginning of Fall and Winter they have stopped selling soup -- who thought that was a good idea? The sold it all Summer when it probably wasnt near as desired. They have also done away with their great Vanilla Hazelnut K-Cups -- sounds like HQ isnt listening to their people on the ground.

The bagels are delicious!! The reason I gave only one star is because the service was so awful. The assistant manager was just looking at me while I waited with my kids for more then 3 minutes for someone to help us (there were no more customers waiting and the place was not busy). She was also rude and disrespectful when I ordered. I bought the bagels and went to STARBUCKS for my coffee. Definitely Im not going back there.

Ordered some breakfast sandwiches from here for my wife and I. They were bagels with egg and cheese. It was almost impressive how completely tasteless they were, I mean, they had eggs and cheese, how can those ingredients have absolutely no flavor? Anyway, the people working there were nice. So, two stars.

I come here 2x per week. Very consistent food and friendly people. Even though they say they close at 4pm, I have gotten there at 3:45 and the doors are locked. They also put the chairs up while you are eating at 3:30.

Ive always enjoyed Einsteins, and Im glad they are back in town. This place is never crowded, though sometimes the service feels like it is slow motion. Most of the time, they are very quick.
