I love using Grub Hub, we order delivery through there pretty regularly without any issue. Tonight my husband and I thought wed try something different and ordered Gyro27. At the time our order was suppose to be delivered, we recived a call from a very lost delivery driver. We provided him with turn by turn instructions, even offering to go outside and flag him down by the road to make it easier for him! Another half an hour passes and we call the resturant to ask where our food is. They called the delivery driver who stated he was still lost. The lady we spoke to told us the manager was providing their driver instructions and he should be there soon. I confirmed with her our location and provided her with driving instructions as well. Another half hour passes and still no delivery driver. He calls us again, still lost he says. I go over the instructions, telling him what building we are in and what numbers to look for. At this point he was very short with me and rude. No appology. I then call the resturant and ask to speak with a manager. A man answers the phone, doesnt identify who he is, and tells me I live in a difficult to locate area but he will bring us our food. I tell him that will not work for me as its been an hour and a half now, and if the delivery driver has to come back and then him come back out our food will be soggy and cold and I really dont want to eat that. No appology, no acceptance of blame, he just tells me it is what it is. He cant do anything about it. We wait fifteen more minutes before I call Grub Hub customer service. They are amazing. One ring, someone picks up and he appologizes for the inconvenience. He tells me that he will comp us, and contact the resturant. Five minutes later, the amazing Grub Hub calls back to say that they are aparently outside our door. However, that is impossible as I am standing outside my door. I tell him, at this point its been about two to three hours and just to cancel my order because whatever food they have for me, I probably dont want to eat or pay for anymore. A minute later we get a text, the order is canceld. I will never, ever order from here again. The staff is rude, the whole experience was horrible and not once did they appologize for their actions. I never got to sample the food, but their customer service skills are severely lacking.

Gyro27 is hands down the best gyro place I have eaten at. I ordered a gyro, Philly cheese steak and some wings. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. The people were very nice, I wasnt waiting long at all and when I got my food and ate it the meat must have been prepared in heaven. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I definately plan on making this restaurant one of my regular places and I advise anyone who hasnt eaten here yet to try it. The service, speed, quality of food and price are extraordinary!

Went through the drive thru today and gave the guy at window a $20.00 bill and he insisted i gave him a $10.00. I know I gave him a $20 since it was part of my birthday present from my Mother.... He asked for my contact information - which i gave him a business card. He said would contact me when he counted his drawer down and if he was off by $10... Yeah right! that was the most expensive Gyro platter I ever bought!!! $19.36 ... NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Buyer beware... make sure you know what bill you gave them ....

Delicious! Authentic Greek food. We were looking for something unique not far off the highway and this fit the bill. Two of us split a Moussaka plate and a large Greek salad -- it was a LOT of food.The Moussaka was wonderful, fantastic flavors in the eggplant, potato and meat dish. The rice it came with was perfect. The Greek olives and peppers were delightful in the plate as well as the classic Greek salad. No beer or wine, and you order at the counter, but we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will be back!

This place is my new favorite place. I used to come here when gyro pallace was here but moved so i started going to a different place, but this place delivers now and i couldnt be happier! The food is just as good if not better than i remember and delivery came in under 20 minutes. I got the gyro supreme, eggplant sticks and cheesecake for desert and it was delectable. Like i said this is my new go-to place and the new owner and staff are very friendly. Gotta have my gyros!

if there is a champ for worst place, this place will win it, and here you go why? first of all, Owner is a thief, 2 times experience with Arie(The Owner) and nothing except lies and lies, he talk smooth and nice but him and his customer service very ugly and bad, like other reviews says he ask for more money, food way below average, place missed up, never go back and will ask everyone not to come to this place any more, THIEF! and you know it!

The food is tasty and the service is great - very friendly staff. One of the few places with real Greek food. When I go somewhere to eat one of the things I judge is how fresh the vegetables are - are they crunchy or have they been sitting around for a while - here it is fresh, they are crunchy. The place is handicap accessible. There is a nice dining area or you can order take out. If you want real Greek food, this is a must stop.

Best gyro place in the world, by far none, food is out of this human space, awweeesoomee food, getting in to a fight with your mom cause she ask whos the best cook, and i say gyro palace has theeee" "BEST," FOOD, i stil have the scar of the pan my maa gave me on my foarhead to prove it, well try it out garantied you walk out saying was that heaven on earth.. haha well think thats enough said

Food is good. But the staff is another story. The guy who usually works the register late night, will barely say a couple of words to you. No thank you or anything. They seems to close whenever they want. I just received my food and had a seat. Within 5 minutes he said we are closed and locked the doors and turns the lights down. This has happened a couple of times. Go during the day!

Wow! Great, fresh food. I had a gyro sandwich and greek salad from Gyro 27 tonight and it was absolutely great. Quality food, great taste, authentic greek tastes, just what I wanted but not what I expected. It was delivered to my hotel room - just great food. I live out of state so I wont have the ability to eat here often but wanted to share. I highly recommend Gyro27!
