We arrived at this Golden Corral at 11:00 am, on Sunday, March 26, 2017, my husband and myself. The entrance was filthy, we should have turned around and gotten back in our car, in hindsight, I wish we had. Our total was $32.??. Two buffets, one water, one iced tea. We ate the night before, had steak,shrimp and great meal for only $10 more. For this $$, Golden Corral had pancakes, sausage gravy, 4 biscuits remaining, breakfast pizza, mashed potatoes, gravy, baked chicken that was dried and old, fried chicken that was very good, baked fish, fried fish and 6 vegetable choices. Our second look at the buffet (about 11:20) all breakfast items gone, 2 additional vegetables, cheese sauce. Flour tortillas but nothing to put in them. Meatloaf, baked fish empty, fried fish empty. We both used the bathroom during our time there. Both the mens and ladies room had definitely not been cleaned since sometime the day before. It could not have gotten that disgusting in that span of time. IF you have another option, choose it. We were traveling, had never been there before, would never go back again. If Golden Corral has corporate standards, this location should be inspected for compliance. It is nothing like any other Golden Corral we have been to.

Typically I dont write reviews BUT the manager there is BEYOND disrespectful. When we walked in I had a birthday coupon like others I dont have a printer I opened the email on my phone and clicked the coupon I can easily provide id proving my birthday and name. The cashier accepted it and as we were about to pay the manager came over and got an attitude with us. I explained that I did not have a printer and he shrugged his shoulders at me and said its not his problem it says it needs to be printed. So whatever we ate. On the way out my boyfriend said something to me as we had passed that same manager who then looks over and says "excuse me" loudly with a huge attitude. My boyfriend responds saying I was talking to my girlfriend is that ok with you. Well the manager again cocked an attitude. The manager says what r u looking for a fight. My boyfriend called him a jackass and the MANAGER says "and you eat with that mouth" then we say were calling corporate and he goes here Ill give you there number. I said I already filed a complaint from earlier I have there phone number Im calling now. So I went outside and called corporate. Im sorry but this is the MOST DISRESPECTFUL JACKASS EVER. And if I EVER spoke to a customer that way Id be FIRED.

Never been to a place where you get your drinks to carry yourself before you even find a place to sit. Not that its a big deal but this place was busy and the food-line was right in front of the entryway which made twisting & turning around people trying to get to the food to avoid spilling your drinks. Once we found a table. We went to check out the food but then we couldnt figure out where the plates were. They dont even place the plates or utensils near the food---they were in a seating area to the side. When we got to the food line half the food was at a minimum and the quality left alot to be desired. Pasta dishes and vegetables were way over-done and the taste of what we did get was not very good. Sure the price was descent but the quality was lacking. We drove 2.5 hrs to get there and it was a wasted trip, we wont be coming back.

Food was dried out at breakfast and when we complained, no one did anything. My husband asked for a manager before we left and the girl wouldnt get him so after we left we called to speak with him. Told him about our food being hard and we barely ate anything, he asked who the waitress was and we told him. He must have put the phone down to talk to her because we both heard him clearly say, and I quote. "was someone complaining about the food, because some idiot is on the phone complaining about the food". We will never return there again, or any other golden corral for that matter. Also, to add, the plates, utensils are dirty..as well as a really dirty gross bathroom.

Literally the worst place EVER. Ive never ate there before but my boyfriend and I suggest we go try it out. I had to carry my drink, find a table and try to avoid being hit by everyone running wild in there. The food was disgusting. After paying $35 for two people and two drinks I was already pissed. I went for a salad and the ranch was knock off cheap ranch, so I pushed that whole plate to the side. After that I went find something else, I got cold fries and a roll the smelled and tasted like beer. Threw that to the side and was mad the whole time I was in there. The staff was very lazy standing around. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.

the waitress forgot about us the food was nasty they are so not sanitary probably explains why they have been shut down so many times I went into the girls bathroom and there was some kind of roach crawling next to my foot i geabbed my boyfriend and asked who was ser safe sertified they looked at me like i was speaking another language and they wouldnt even refund my money back this is disgusting go to micdonalds for better food and better service yuck!! im a chef at a 5 star resort i know these things they entire chain should be shut down nasty!!!!!

Far better than expected. I went in looking for reasons to complain about due to what I had heard about a different Golden Corral location. I only found 2 things to complain about: when waiting to be seated, the waitresses stand 10 feet away in a crowd and wave silently, assuming you are looking in that direction (seating is both left and right of the entrance). The other thing is I feel like they dont worry about the bottoms of the plates as much when washing / drying. Food was great though. Nothing went wrong.

First family trip to Lebanon, Pa. Didnt know where to go to eat. So we picked this local Golden Corral. I have to say we were not disappointed. Price for 6 ppl was $47 and its all you can eat we each had two plates, two drinks, and dessert, plus cotton candy to go for the kids. Everything was hot and the pot roast was amazing with mash potatoes. And the server was polite and quick at refills which is always a plus when with kids. Overall I was impressed with our first trip to a Golden Corral vs. Bonanza.

My family and I went in for lunch. The staff seemed miserable... Probably because they know the food is terrible. Dry, burnt sliders, dry pork, spicy fish, uncooked potatoes in the mash and to top it off, one of the cook staff rolled her eyes and ignored me when I had asked her a question about the food! We spent $30 for inedible food and poor service besides our waitress, she was nice but still didnt seem too happy to be there either. Needless to say, that will be our last visit to Golden Corral.
