Tonight I got off work at Wawa and I decided not to eat are food for once and wanted to go to the taco Bell down the street where I lived , so I got there and there was 2 cars in front of me , witch isnt a problem , so once it was my turn , the taco Bell employee got up there and said that all computers were down and there was like 6 cars behind me that taco Bell wound up saying this too, so we all went over to the MC Donalds that was right there and once I left MC Donalds and had to drive pass the taco Bell they were taking orders,,,, I think taco Bell told us the computers were down because they didnt feel like takeing 8 peoples orders because it was almost there closing time ... And I think that was soooo mest up and me working threw the restaurant industry and me knowing what great customer service is , taco Bell really let alot of people down tonight.....

Today I went to this taco bell for a group of people with a large order. The person taking the order was very good at being patient with me as I made the order. Then I had to go back and change parts of the order. He was even kind enough to let me go back and change the contents of the order (like changing from steak to chicken on a taco salad) When the order came out it was completely accurate. I was pleasantly surprised, everyone got just what they ordered. Taco bell food is what it is, Fast food. Probably not the most nutritious but the service was outstanding. The location was clean, as well as the parking lot. The Traffic in the area is a little busy as pulling on and off veterans Hwy but the sight line is clear and making a right is easy. I recommend this location if for nothing else than the service.

My time here at this taco bell millersville could have been better. A lot better. When I arrived the drive thru was 6-8 cars deep. So I decided to try my luck in the dining room. Mistake. Big mistake. There was a group of people who had already ordered and another 5 waiting to place an order. I was lucky number 6. The cashier tried his hardest to get the Line moving, problem was when he did it did nothing but slam the kitchen staff. I applaud their effort. I truly do. But they were unorganized and seemed well,...bored. That manager was on his "smoke" break. When he returned...nothing changed. Infact I could argue it got worse. He took over the register and by doing so everything came to a sloooooow stop. When I finally did order it was all messed up. So when you visit here, heed this time honored warning. "BUYER BEWARE"

Worst fast food establishment Ive ever been to. After going to this place over the course of 18 months I can honestly say without exaggeration that they messed up my order 80% of the time. Employees are disrespectful and some of them behave as if they are blitzed out of their minds on drugs. I love taco bell and this place is close to where I live, but its just not worth the headache. Id much rather drive out of my way and receive at least half-way decent service at another taco bell.

Used to be my favorite Taco Bell, i just took my 5 star review down to a 1...spent thousands of dollars here over the years. Will never go back. Their new crew of employees are rude, incompetent, and indifferent. 3 things you shouldnt be when in customer service. I work in the same industry and would lose my job if I acted like these people. Its sad. Maybe I picked a bad night but I recognized no one there and they were all bad.

Got the new double crunchwrap box that comes with 2 tacos from the drivethru. Came home and my husband started eating one of the tacos and pulled a long piece of hair out of it, looked inside and found 2 more. He called taco bell to tell them, the lady who answered said it was "impossible" that he found hair and was really ignorant. So nasty and very unprofessional. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Good place you walk in someone is standing there at the cash register waiting to see what you want, they say hi how can I help you quick service. Unlike the Wendys on Rolling Road and Dogwood where you stand there ten minutes watch and listen to the employees talk to each other, not a word spoken to me. Be with you in a minute how can I help you? Easy things please fo not go there,

Ive gone here a few times and they seem to always mess up on something. I dont have a very long lunch break which is why I end up going for fast food. I explained to the guy at the register that he messed up on my order, I spoke with two extra people, and STILL my order was wrong. I was inside so Im still confused as to how this is a thing.....

We are here now and we received exceptional service from the staff. One staff in particular is Donald. He was very respectful and showed great customer service. Have service like this will help a company grow and make everyone want to come back. Great job everyone ! We will be back soon.

When I rolled to the drive thru I was asked how I was, not the typical fast food "can I take your order please." Very refreshing. Also, the man working the drive they was very cordial and friendly, and even gave me a free empenada because of the wait.

We had a wonderful experience at the Taco Bell in Millersville. Our server was Donald and after serving us he proceeded to clean all the tables and all the light fixtures. It was pretty awesome and of course the food is great too. #Gracebomb

This Taco Bell seriously has the best customer service I have ever experience out of Taco Bell and I frequent Taco Bell quite often. This isnt based off of a one time trip either, this location is right by my house so we go here often.

Always acceptable food and service. I have to give a shout out to the staff here. Have been in the store a few times when a super special customer has come in to cause problems and staff kept it together and defused the situation.

Always fast service and they never get the order wrong, but a few times after dark my Chipotle Chicken Griller tasted a bit off; only ever after about 8 PM though.

Pretty standard Taco Bell experience. The staff is typically pretty helpful for a fast food place. Food is good. Never had any issues from this location.
