My overall experience at this restaurant was horrible... Ive been twice but I do not intend on ever going again. My first visit was just for a nice lunch and I ordered a small cheese pizza. The crust was as hard as a rock, similiar to when you microwave a pizza, and the cheese had a horrid gritty texture. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and came back again and ordered the Alfredo pasta. My sister was also there and ordered the ravioli. My Alfredo tasted like undercooked noodles with a watery paste covering them. My sisters ravioli was cold and yet again there wad the horrible gritty texture. I will never return to this place, especially after I called for the manager who came out with an obvious annoyed look on their face and when I explained my dissatisfaction they merely said something along the lines of Im very sorry this wont happen again and left... Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely horrible experience.. Obviously my waitress Kayla was not comfortable waiting on black people. My husband and I try to eat and experience places we dont have at home. I called her three times for napkins, she never came until she brought our main entree . She had two other tables adjacent to ours which she waited on their needs promptly. I asked my husband was he ok, with the atmosphere his response was "thats typical". It bothers me that as a black man, my husband thought her treatment was acceptable because of our race. However, she sat our pizza on the table and walked off. Although on the surface she tried to appear comfortable, her uneasiness fell through. Maybe its the facility... in hindsight they had no problem taking our money.

Need to practice better customer service. They disappointed a little girl who made her A B honor roll. If you are going to give away certificates of achievement to be passed out at schools then you need to honor them. Shame on your management for not honoring your "old certificate" that has no expiration date or fine print. As someone who works everyday in the customer service field you made a big mistake!!! I will never done their again and will advise against anyone I know eating at your establishment.

We ordered two thin-crust pizzas to go that came to $31.50. The crust was so soggy, you couldnt fold it up and eat it without problems. Wed recommend using a fork for this pizza, but a spoon would probably be your best bet. No need to get a drink because each bite comes with a swallow of grease. The pepperoni appeared to be laid on top after it was cooked, and we could still see individual shreds of cheese. For over $15 a pie, wed like to give their thin-crust pizza a quarter of a star.

Dont let the location in a strip mall fool you. This place is great!! Good pricing, great food, casual atmosphere... its addictive! I can never seem to stray from Tomassos Venetian Chicken or the Mediterranean salad. My husband always gets the seafood stuffed ravioli... looks a little greasy for me, but he loves it! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something better than Olive Garden (with more variety also) at around the same price.

Ordered out, drove home and missing a spaghetti plate. Called back and after being placed on hold a young lady came on the phone saying that they were sure two spaghetti meals were placed in the bag! Not my way to do something like that!! I own a store and would never, never do business that way. I am way beyond over the top. NEVER, EVER GO BACK!!! I will TELL EVERYONE how I was treated. My response is WOW!!

We normally love the food, but were sorely disappointed when we visited on Easter Sunday about 3pm. We both ordered pasta dishes and the red sauce was not the usual stuff. My first bite made me think "ragu sauce. It tasted like mass produced prepared sauce. The garlic bread was great as usual, but our main dish has us thinking about going back. Please tell me this was just an aberration.

It is always a pleasure to dine out at the Italian Pie. The food, atmosphere and service are first class. I bring my family there at least once a month. There is nothing bad on the menu and usually have discounts for military, Police and Firefighters. I highly recommend anything on the menu.

Italian specialty sandwich was great. Served on a fresh Italian roll warm and crispy with great chips. Meatball calzon good very large. We both went home with leftovers could have split either one. Service was quick by a young female staff. Nice decor for a strip mall.

We love the food, uaually we love the service. Was very inimoressed when we ordered at 401pm and were told we had to pay dinner prices because lunch ends at 4pm. It gets a little bit chilly occasionally inside but overall a great place.

The tea was very fresh. The salad was very good and the garlic bread and spaghetti was outstanding. Very nice restaurant with big portions and it was a good value. Entire family loved it.
