Ive been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a long time, but I will never order from them again. A few days ago, I ordered one of the new specialty pizzas from this location & they left off the primary ingredient, spinach. When the pizza got to my door, I had the driver return it to remake it. He called the location & the manager caught attitude with him because Id asked for it to be remade. It took them an hour to bring back the pizza with spinach on it. At the time, I filed a complaint about the problem and thought it was resolved. Tonight, I ordered the exact same pizza that I had ordered before, and the location left off the exact same ingredient. On top of this, it took them an hour to deliver when they are four blocks away from me. When I called the location to let them know theyd made a mistake, the woman hung up in my face after I told her I was sending the pizza back. If working in a restaurant at a kitchen that does delivery is too difficult of a job, by all means quit and go do something else. As for me, never ordering from this Pizza Hut location again. Aldos Pizza cant make it to Midtown soon enough.

I arrived to this location only to find the door locked. Another customer and myself had to wait close to a minute for the manager to buzz us in. after we were I told the manager the name for my order Sandy order time estimate was going to take 25 minutes which is more than enough time needed to make my order. Not only was my order not ready but it was made incorrectly! the manager notice that the pizza was made wrong and said to him to remake it. she did not bother to tell me that pizza was made wrong she repeated my order. when I asked her 3 minutes later if he had made it wrong her was NO. I am witin hearing range when she said what type of pizza should have been made. when you try to lie to a customer its dumb when they are in your presence in a heard you the whole time!

The worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!!!!!! Tara the new manager or employee or whatever she may be has the worst way of handling conflict resolution!!! I had a pizza delivered the delivery driver shows up and rings the buzzer I say Im on my way down immediately I get there and the delivery driver is driving off!!!! I immediately call the store and talk to someone who tells me well we dont even reliever there anyway!!!!! I then speak with Tara and basically said there is nothing we can do and hung up in my face!!!!!! Dont ever go there!!!!! They are allllll rude and inconsiderate and have the worst customer service skills ever!!!!!

I placed an order at 1046:pm and the waiting time was one hour. at 11:55 pm I received a calle from the store, telling me that the delivery guy came to my place and nobody answered the door. That is a lie since I was sitting at the kitchen waiting for more than one hour for a pizza. This is the SECOND time this happen to me with this particulary store on Union Av. If you order the pizza late and it is time to close, the lazy employees just do not process your order. Im sure the owner will be thrill if found out his employees are doing that and also been rude with customers. NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered a pizza with pepperoni on the whole, and mushrooms and green olives on half. We got pepperoni only on the half without veggies, and some not so tasty orange-ish sauce on half of the pizza. The mystery sauce was not distributed the same way the toppings were, and the slices were cut so that two pieces were on both halves. This kind of thing is so typical of what we get from all of the chain places in Midtown... They just cant seem to ever get anything right. Going to Aldos or Jets from now on.

Both pizzas werent done ordered a super supreme and a cheese pizza they were delivered both gooey and not in a good way the only thing edible was the wings...horrible customer service when ordering in...then have a attitude when have a free coupon from corporate due to bad service or a issue like this asking questions on where I got the coupons from and what was wrong qith the order after the fact then trying to dispute the validity of the complaint letting them go tgis was the last straw

oh my god. I wish we would have read the reviews first. First they called us back that they were out of fries. OK, fine, no prob, sub out more wings. we placed our order around 430.... and just now sitting down to eat at 615. WORST service i have EVER had at a Pizza Hut. Had to call twice, both times said the driver was out. Driver was very unfriendly as well (almost didnt get a tip, and im very generous when it comes to tipping). Never, ever ordering from this location ever again.

Now I remember why I havent eaten Pizza Hut in years!!!! Horrible ! This is the worst Pizza Hut ever ! The delivery driver was very rude and creepy , they messed up my order and on top of that they were supposed to fix it and have my replacement here within 30 mins , an hour passed and nothing . Dont order here . There are plenty of pizza spots in the midtown and downtown area that have great food AND great service . Wish I could give negative 5 stars .

I am not the type of person to write reviews, especially negative ones. But the pizza that was delivered to my house was inedible. I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was NO sauce... The cheese was bizarrely pungent and there was so much garlic and butter on the pizza that the smell made me cringe. I felt dirty after biting into a slice. The whole pie went into the trash. So terrible.

Worst service Ive ever had. Not only was my order delayed by an hour, when I called to inquire about it I was hung up on 4 times and the manager only offered $5 off a $13 order. Then when I asked for an apology for such rude service, the manager copped an attitude and sarcastically said "Im sorry sir." Also, I never got the $5 off. I will never use this pizza hut again.

Worst service ever! I ordered a pizza at 6, it said my pizza would be here in 45 mins, at 7:10pm I get a text saying my pizza was ok the way! Well a whole hour and 30 mins later still no pizza! I’ve already put in a customer complaint. Don’t bother ordering from this location! This is also not the first time this has happened with this location

I waited two hours. Called and was told it was down the street. Another hour goes by and the clown working there told me the order never came thru. Then he told me they cancelled the order. He was rude and unprofessional. dO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND EAT PAPA JOHNS. pizza hut and the idiots they choose to hire are a disgrace.

HORRIBLE!!!!! My whole family including the kids experienced an argument between the staff members. Some of didnt even appear to be working, they screamed and shouted obscenities for at least 10 to 15 minutes. They were out of control, no one made them stop. I dont think Ill ever sit and wait inside again
