This place is home of the biggest scam artist company EVER!!! My ex works here, unfortunately, his pay checks are garnished per state order every 2 weeks. However, the state of Illinois only receives these payments every 3 1/2 weeks due to them holding them and not submitting the payments. Now, to clarify after 4 weeks the state of Illinois fines them for failing to follow a court order, hence the checks are received at 3 1/2 weeks. Now this is putting my ex at potentially facing jail time as he is now 6 weeks behind in child support, not that he hasnt had it take out but, the state is not receiving it.

We were visiting a friend who asked us to pick up pizza on the way. We gave them about a half hour to assure the pizza was ready. When we got there, the order hadnt been put in the oven yet. The bill for 3 pizzas was $40. Later our friend told us that she had waited on the phone forever and the staff had told her there were no specials. I remembered seeing specials advertised that would have made the order much, much less than $40. Slow, sloppy, lazy, and snotty. Go to the nearby grocery store and pick up DiGornos.

We was the only ones in the restaurant, 1 waitress, ordered bone in chicken wings, ended up with boneless and I cant stand breading, ordered medium pizza with garlic crust, came out dry.. Waitress dropped off wings and pizza NEVER CAME BACK!! I ran out of soda too bad I guess no free refills. When it was time to leave and we wanted to go boxes we had to whistle and yell to get her attention. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS, GET PROFESSIONAL!!

Upon arriving, every table was dirty. The waitress cleaned the table but using a dirty wet cloth to wipe but didnt dry instead, left puddles. The service was horrific except for the cook who eventually became our server. Theres no possible way this location can be profitable in a customer driven industry. Unless theres a zombie apocalypse and its the only food thats zombie free, Im not returning.

Went back with my wife expecting it to be better but it was worse. Lunch buffet was filthy and not much pizza. Waitress said it was because buffett ended in about 45 minutes. Had to ask for lettuce, cheese , dressing and more pizza. Table not getting cleaned. The kitchen was busy so i assume the call ins and carry out were getting all the attention.

Horrible location.All of their soda was out of syrup. We had to walk across to burger King to have drinks with our pizza and wings. We also had to get up n ask if they can take our order we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time as the waitress was on her phone texting the whole time. We will never come to the troy pizza Hut again.

ordered here several times in the last month. food is always good, ordered online to receive points, and this last time, a server/worker. (Kristal) was more helpful than she needed to be, and very friendly and engaging. just wished I lived closer to this location as they still have sit down eating, and the pizza buffet

Trying to compete with Little Caesars they offer a 5 dollar pizza. They have very little toppings, very little cheese, frozen pizza would have been better. I called ahead 30 minutes. When I arrived they told me sorry, they forgot to press complete on my order so they didnt make it. Had to wait another 20 minutes.

Terrible service! They never have enough workers. We have lived her for 5 years and it has been this way since we moved here. Dont get me wrong some workers are fabulous, but you gotta make sure you catch that right waitress on a given day otherwise.. no refills or any service is coming to your table anytime soon.

The delivery service sucks really bad. Be prepared to wait over an hr. The food is actually a lot better than the service. If you eat there which I recommend you will receive better service. The lunch buffet is the best thing going at this particular pizza hut.

The restaurant was a mess waitresses were rude then come didnt come back to fill up drinks .when my husband went up there to get a spatula for the pizza he ask to talk to the manager she argued with him they did give us a discount for being rude

There was no one in the restaurant and three waiters (all talking to one carry out customer) and yet we waited for 5 minutes before we walked out without even being talked to our sat down.

Salad bar missing items and vegetables not their usually good quality. Pizza was limp. Maybe just an off day since they typically have a better salad bar and pizza.
