ive only had one issue out of the many times ive visited. via drive thru, i ordered a chocolate milk shake. didnt taste it til i made it to my next destination. all i could taste was chocolate syrup. it wasnt fully blended into the ice cream. i drove back and got back in the long drive thru line. when i made it to the window, i explained the issue and requested an exchange for a medium fry. three workers huddled by the window. (why 3? idk..)by the look on their faces, the person who made my milkshake could possibly have glass feelings, lol idk. but i enjoyed a fresh hot box of waffle fries:-)

Even though Truett Cathy has passed away, his standards for his employees professionalism are still expected. I went through the drive-thru and had to return to the store because a small portion of my order was missing. While, employees behind the counter were goofing off with the cow mascot, the one rude overweight male employee on the cash register decided to ignore me. A kind CUSTOMER demanded the rotund man to assist me. It only took 0.5 seconds. Chick-Fil-As top notch customer service has taken a serious nose-dive into the pits and is now on a similar level as their competitors.

So I come in to the gause location and was greeted by a gentleman named Chris. I had two large orders and Chris didnt bat an eye or look inconvenienced at all. As Im bringing my drinks to my car I had to leave the food inside because my hands were full. Chris grabbed my food and hopped around the counter and brought my food to the car before I could get halfway back to the entrance. Chris is a fantastic employee and if more people were like him this world would be a MUCH better place. Thanks Chris!!!

What can you say? One of the best fast food restaurants in the nation. I love their breakfast, especially the chicken, egg and cheese on multigrain bagel. Real Orange juice is a plus. And obviously being christian owned shows through the pride of all employees you come in contact with. The wonderful attitudes coming from fast food attendants are probably the most impressive part of the company. And of course the best chicken nuggets on the planet.

I called in an order for a tray of nuggets a day in advance because I was going to be in a hurry. I got there at the exact time I told them I would arrive, paid for the tray, then had to wait 20 minutes for my nuggets that had just been sitting in the back. I got to my fantasy football draft 20 minutes late with cold, soggy nuggets. Needless to say, this was a disappointing visit to Chick-fil-a.

Im not a fan of the new drive though method...a very nice young lady took our order before we could see the menu. I dont go to Chick-fil-a often, so it would have been nice to see what was on the menu. When I asked why they were doing drive though orders this way, she said she didnt know...poor girl. She was very nice, but next time Id like to see the menu.

Very frustrating visits. Highly disorganized ordering system with staff physically approaching your car in a drive up lane, to TOTAL chaos at the pick up window-everytime. Items not included in my order on multiple occasions. Something needs to change drastically.

Honestly one of the worst Chick-Fil-A experiences Ive ever had. Besides them having trouble taking our order, they gave us the wrong order twice and seemed to have trouble paying attention to us, the customer. I never knew Chick-Fil-A could be so bad, honestly.

Dont let the long lines dissuade you this drive through functions like a well oiled machine. You will spend less time in the long line here than in no line at other places. Plus the food is much, much better.

This store is always super busy but its also well run and managed. From service, personalized outside ordering and food delivery to traffic direction during peak times, its a great place with great food.

I would recommend any Chick fil A. The service is better than any fast food place. Any problem with your order is fix right away without any aggravation. The employees are aways courteous.

When Chick-fil-A only existed in shopping malls it was pretty good. Now the chicken sandwich tastes like a fake Chick-fil-A sandwich. Better than McDonalds if thats saying very much.

Play area needs to be monitored and older kids need to stay out. Too many kids who surpass the height limit go in there not allowing small kids to play.
