I visited here recently with my daughters and we overheard a young blonde manager here talking about her relationship and sleeping with a man named either Mack or zack who also works there. It was disturbing to hear this with my daughters next to me. I dont want them thinking it is okay to sleep with their coworkers and brag about it at work. I tried complaining to management about this yet it seems like they couldnt care less so I figure customers should know the lack of professionality of this establishment.

Clean, and good. I love the tea and the service is good. The last time I was here, the lady who took my order forgot which pastries I ordered, so I got a free cinnamon roll. I liked the way she handled it. She didnt make a scene or try to blame it on anyone else. She took responsibility and fixed the mistake. Turned out to be a sweet deal for me.. no pun intended :)

Visited this location several times to meet up with friends. The food is always very good and the service is good. This particular visit their point of sale system was having some troubles, so after about 10 mins, someone from the back came out and explained what was going on, she took our receipt and then our food followed shortly.

I love this place because of its food and great people and great customer service. The atmosphere is unlike social meadia. Penera Bread Company is a social metting place that allows for eye contact, and interaction that allows for true feelings and emotions to displayed in a way that bonds lasting relationships.

One of my favorite places. I live coming here and in good weather eating outside. It has a happy atmosphere inside or out! They do all they can to please the customers and make things right if there happens to be a mistake. The food is delicious!

This was a great experience, ordered food from kiosk which had good pictures of food dishes and prices. Food was very good fresh salad and sandwich. They brought food to table and picked up order pager. Good experience.

Great Caeser salad was delicious today. Also had a cinnamon bagel bread sliced. Delish. Restaurant is kept mostly clean. The new tablet ordering is fine but when theres more than two in your group it can get frustrating.

Generally enjoy having brunch here. Came for a quick, small breakfast today. Coffee and spinach bacon souffle was great as usual. Noise level from the kitchen area was really loud today.
