I find their buffet way too small compared to others that do it. The inside stay isnt all that special. You can get your own refills, but almost seems person tending the area is pushy to do it themselves. It can get expensive quick if you eat there with a family. Ive found the few times Ive been inside the area to be mixed on being clean or not. The inside is decorated with the same chain restaurant "local stuff on the wall" with rolls of paper towels at the tables to help cleanup or use as a napkin. Some of the cushions arent so great and the dining area is too small if you want to bring the team in after a game and others are there. Pizza variety probably beats everyone else in town, also having other food options including gluten free is a big plus. Pickup or delivery works fine and they havent made an error on our pizza yet. I like going inside to pickup because I dont want to get trapped in the drive through since its single lane and no easy way to go around. Soda prices are a little silly here, I think its their way of dealing with rising costs, dont change the pizza prices, just get people on drinks.

Took my family out for the lunch buffet, arrived at 1 but we werent seated for about 10 minutes. Our waitress informed us the lunch buffet ended at 1. I pointed out there was plenty of food already out and other diners were continuing to eat from the buffet, but she insisted it was too late. I talked to the manager, asked if she really wanted to lose our business when the food was ready and nothing extra was needed in order for us to enjoy the buffet, but she also insisted it was too late. So we left.

This Pizza Hut always has an excellent salad bar with a good variety of vegetables that are always fresh. The waitresses, Denise and Russia, that work the lunch hour are very nice and personable. The lunch buffet is consistently good, but it can occasionally have a limited variety if the cooks arent in the mood. Overall, the lunch buffet here is a solid option in a long list of lunch choices in Edwardsville.

The last 2 times Ive ordered Super Supreme pizza it looks like they took a canceled pepperoni pizza and put my topping on top of it and cooked it. They could have at least extended the courtesy and put some extra cheese on top at no cost. Hey Pizza Hut Edwardsville! The cheese goes on top for a reason. So your topping dont fall of your pizza while youre eating!!! Very aggravating.

Even though they show kids meal of personal pan pizza with breadsticks and drink. They dont allow you to order it. Claim they dont have a button on their register for it. So you get build double to get the same order which is cheaper on menu. The wait for drinks and to order took a while even though not busy. Had to ask for waitress to please come take our order.

Ordered at 930 and I figured it was too late but women I spoke to assured me it was okay that I ordered so late so I appreciate the understanding my power went out so dinner was ruined! Came here to have the dinner buffet with my son and husband. The buffet was suppose to start at 5 and didnt Then they only put 3 pizzas out for 30 minutes I had to ask them if they were going to put more pizzas out. I will never come back for the dinner buffet.

After being seated we sat there for 20 minutes before our order was taken. Took almost an hour to get our appetizers, then almost another hour to get our two little personal pizzas. Ridiculousness!!!!!

The pizza is still the same tasteless crap from the 90s, but the wings are by far THE WORST I have ever had in my life. Soggy, metallic tasting and completely devoid of anything resembling flavor.
