I have had food twice from this store in the 62234 area code. I used to think that pizza hut was the best pizza from a national chain. I now think it may be the worst. The first thing I ordered was a veggie pan pizza. The pan crust appeared to be a non-yeast, self-rising dough. The whole thing was bland and undercooked. The veggies tasted strongly of citric acid, which is used as a preservative, and they were not fresh. Today my girlfriend wanted hot wings and said she thought that Pizza Hut had them now. I ordered them for take out. The girl on the phone was painfully slow and I wound up repeating my order details three times. The price for two orders was $16! We drove through and paid at the window, as this was not a eat-in pizza hut. The girl at the window forgot the Bleu Cheese dressing, which we specified for both orders. We called and she asked if we could drive back to get them, I said no... so after a pregnant pause she offered to send a driver out with them. This pizza hut advertises something called "wing street" which I thought might be a step above regular fast food wings... they were terrible! They were not fried, they were obviously pre-cooked and warmed up in the same conveyor oven they they use for pizzas and sauced afterwards. The texture was like cold wax! Mine were spicy enough... my GFs were mild enough, but certainly not worth the price, or even at half! NOW, a few hours later, we are copiously ill and fighting over the bathroom! My stomach is adding horrid punctuations to every sentence written here! NEVER Again, kids!

This place is just getting worse and worse. We ordered personal pan pizzas, and there was NO sauce at all, the veggies were raw. The reason we like to go to Pizza Hut is this location still has a salad bar, but that is getting where things are just not on it and it is not fresh. I used the Ladies room and it was FILTHY.. and that is not acceptable. There were only 3 people in there when we were there, so bad MANAGEMENT or none at all. I did speak to the Manager which he tried to flip it on me, that it was my fault that I did not like the food.. I am familiar with that HR script, nice try, but if he was an engaged and a true manager, this food, dirty bathroom and dirty floors would not take place and the lack of fresh food on the salad bar... not going back.. I hope CORPORATE gets a hold on this one, before it closes... and replacing the manager will help out..

I ordered pizza online here with an eGift card someone gave me recently. I drove there to pick up the food and gave them the number for my gift card. They told me it had to be printed out for them to take it. Just that same week I had brought in the number from my gift card and they took the numbers for my order. Anyway, I ask to speak to the assistant manager, Renee. I explain that they took my gift card number last week without any incident, she told me it was policy not to do so. I requested she show me where it states that and she starts to get rude. She just says its the policy and they dont have it printed anywhere. I ask for her name, she lifts up her name tag raising her voice once more "RENEE OKAY?" then storms off to the back. The food here is pretty good, but dont expect quality service.

Tried to order online and use account credit from a previous order mess-up. The site doesnt seem to have that info. Then tried calling and asking how much was on credit and was told there wasnt any. After finally ordering and giving him my card number, we wait 40 minutes till delivery. When he shows up expects to pay again. I call up the restaurant and ask what is going on and am told to give the pizza back so the delivery guy can return to the store and get the correct type of receipt. Delivery guy calls again and get someone who know what they are doing on the line and finally gives us the pizza and leaves. $10 box dinner was better than their usual pizza and bread-sticks were their usual goodness. Im still not sure if I have store credit or not.

We went in because our granddaughter won a free personal pan pizza at school. The restaurant was not busy when we came in. I sat down on one chair and it was not safe to sit on it wobbled so much. They also showed a great deal of wear on the seats. It took approximately 40 minutes to get two of the three pizzas we ordered and an additional 15 minutes to get the third. The wait was not all due to the waitress but there was only one waitress for the whole dining room. I was thinking about ordering some desert but gave up after the wait for the pizzas. We will not be going back.

This is the worst place to ever go to. If I could, I wouldnt even give them a star. Today, my mother called to order a pizza but the worker mocked her and made fun of her. Then he hung up. This behavior is not allowed for a restaurant. Never buying or eating here ever again. If I could, I would have called again and ranted about this to the manager. But the thing is, Im too nice to get angry over a phone call. To those reading this, never eat in Pizza Hut. The food isnt even special. There are many pizza restaurants that are better than Pizza Hut anyway.

I ordered at 9:30pm and I called at 10:15pm asking for my pizza. The lady told me that the pizza was ready but they were waiting for a driver to take it to me. I called back 15min later and they told me that it still wasnt on its way. They said it would be delivered at 11:05pm which was way too long for 2 pizzas and wings on a Tuesday night, plus the store closed at 11. I canceled my order because I was frustrated because it usually takes 30 min. Looking forward for a response by a manager.

Normally, I get decent service and pizza from here but tonight changed that. Ordered 2 pizzas and pasta. Was an hour later before I called asking whats up. Was told the driver left already. Roughly 15 min later he shows up looking stoned as hell. The pizza was poorly cut, tough, and barely warm. If you cant do an entry level job right, youll never do anything else right either. Last time Ill order and waste money. Drug test your people.need to grow up sometime.

We had a large group barge in tonight & needed to get in, eat, & pay in less than an hour. Sara did an EXCELLENT job making this happen for us. Drinks came out right away, breadsticks were yummy, & our pizza was fresh & delicious. She even made us aware of the nights specials as soon as she was ready to take our order. We really appreciate the quick & friendly service. Thank you, Sara!
