The service that I experience at this location was just horrible I believe her name is Jenny that works the front desk ... She couldnt be bothered to get off her cell phone she didnt even greet me when I walked in the door I stood in front of her for about 40 seconds before she said anything almost a minute she was too busy scrolling through Facebook .. I had to speak first to get her to take my order this is extremely ridiculous .. and after that a homeless man walked in and asked if he could have a cup of water and she continued to scroll through her cell phone and then said and I quote .... Whats wrong with you you need to get a job I dont understand why you dont have a job ... The man was obviously homeless and shes living in the lap of luxury and could not even be bothered to give them in a cup of water .. Jenny if youre reading this youre a horrible person

After reading the reviews I was happy to try this place so close to my home. I went at lunchtime, and there were a normal amount of people there for a Sunday. Unfortunately, all the food from the buffet was lukewarm to cool at best. The sushi temp was just as bad and the avocados in it were turning brown. As for flavor, the pepper chicken was crazy salty to the point of inducing strong thirst. The sesame chicken was sickeningly sweet. The batter on the salt and pepper shrimp was pretty good, though. There also was simply not enough choice. The staff seemed nice but inattentive. In the end, I ate very little but still left with a pit-like weight in my stomach somehow. Im sorry to say, but I do not recommend.

My favorite Asian food restaurant by a mile. While they dont have a ton of choices on their buffet, they do have an interesting selection of excellent food and delicious sushi. Pros: Extremely tasty food Interesting variety Attentive, helpful staff Very easy, straight forward atmosphere $8 for an adult buffet in the evening Wi-Fi Great location Cons: Smaller buffet than normal, less enjoyable Asian restaurants

For the price of $8.99 for a buffet, I was expecting not only more food options, but also better quality as well. Because they offer sushi on the buffet, the price hikes, but Im not into sushi. Even the ice cream was dull at best. I tried Oriental Pearl years ago and didnt like it, but my co-workers raved about it. Im not going back.

Great experience. We are sensitive to ingredients in Chinese food and although we left full, we did not feel nasty or sick after eating there. It was clean & the food tasted great. Im only rating it 4 stars because we had to ask several times for refills and they automatically added in a 10% tip on the bill.

The food was very good! Not too greasy, not too salty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was one of our first outings with our 1 year old and everyone was very kind and understanding. Will definitely eat here again when she is a little older. Thank you for making our date night so lovely!

If i could give 0 stars i would. A couple of friends and i went a few days ago and my friend found a dead cockroatch in her food. They quickly took back the food and said none of us had to pay. (Not that we were going to anyway after that) It was just nasty.

sushi is ok, food is always fresh and rotated and I have never met a sweeter staff. I have also seen part of the back, and I can speak to great levels on the cleanliness of the place. Where the sushi is ok, everything else is super amazing.

Im from alabama just stopping by. Food was ok but they rush you out! We ate 1 plate and they put the check down. I thought that was a bit rude! Also waiter didnt fill cup up until it was completely gone! I would never go back to this place!

Fresh, well prepared, and no MSG. Winner, winner, Chinese Dinner... You can really tell these people take great pride in their food the serve. Best Chinese Ive had in this town ever. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything on the buffet is solid. There isnt a large number of items to choose from so in return the quality of the food is usually good. Good Chinese food, with no MSG, for a good price, thats why Im a repeat customer.

Great quality, amazing prices. My husband and I can both share a single $8 take-out box until we are full. Get there when its fresh, when they first put it out at the beginning of lunch or dinner rush. Friendly service.

Undoubtedly the best Chinese buffet in the city. While not a large buffet, the quality is excellent. The sushi is better than many Japanese restaurant buffets. The egg drop soup is my only disappointment.

If you ever visit this place and you like spicy food ask for the Combination Firedrice. They have the best rice in Baton Rouge , I have been coming to this place since 2005. I love their rice
