The food is the regular old mediocre Chinese food you can get anywhere. I would always drive here for lunch because it was cheap and quick, but NEVER again. I ordered delivery and I was just appalled by the people. My order came out to $8.50, but they charged me $12 for it. I was okay with this 40% up-charge to my bill because they were delivering it. It was double what I would pay as a tip in the restaurant so i figured it covered delivery, and tip, and gas for the driver since I live within walking distance. An HOUR later after I paid the lady she said "you need to give me more cash, ya know for the driver" I asked about the 40% upcharge and she demanded I give her a dollar. Well lady, I hope a dollar was worth embarrassing me, embarrassing yourself and permanently losing a frequent customer. HOW RUDE! I paid 13 dollars (more than 50% over) for 8.50 worth of cold, ordinary, food.

My experience was horrible: customer service, food, and the venue.. Customer Service: Ive recently changed my eating habits. Im vegan so i do not eat any meat or dairy.. I ordered lots of vegetables.. The lady who took my order decided to tell me i was ordering A LOT, was it all for me?,... and was it ALL going to be for tonight... rude right? Food: MEDIOCRE.. the strangest after taste and if it doesnt have a strange after taste the food is bland ( ive also eaten here when i wasnt vegan) Venue: dark and damp... unwelcoming.

It was nice to find out that they delivered, but when we got the food we felt overloaded with msg! Ive never been to the restaurant, but if you get delivery avoid the lemon chicken. The coating is super thick and its honestly more sauce then chicken. Overall it really just had the consistency of mush. Even though it is not even in the general area, try China House One on Coursey. I eat there on Sunday sometimes and it is delicious! They have a great lunch special too.

Amazing. Dont listen to these bad comments. Completely not what I expected from a Chinese restaurant next to a college campus. I expected food and what I got was an amazing dish. It was a well thought out blend of flavor and texture. For 13$ delivered to me, It was enough food for two people without sacrificing quality. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Also the wonton soup is amazing.

This place is one of the few Chinese food delivery places in Baton Rouge. It has great food and is not expensive. If you prefer to dine in, the atmosphere is wonderful. It has an old-school Chinese restaurant charm, complete with wood-paneled walls and with the pagodas and dragons everywhere. The lunch buffet isnt bad but the best value is in the take-out lunch specials!

This is one of the best Chinese restaurant Ive ever been to. They have the best wontons EVER. Everything is delicious and comes out fast. The atmosphere of this place is very inviting and actually interesting to be in. The decorations are intricate and engaging. Definitely one of the few good restaurants in the area.

I have 2 picky eaters 3&4 theres not much that they will eat... But I ordered them shrimp fried rice... They had no problem getting it down & I was one satisfied mommy... I didnt care for the fried shrimp though I guess being a woman raised on "soul food " Im use to our own recipes

Literally the worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. The lemon chicken made me gag, the lo mein was bad to look at and eat and they didnt have traditional favorites like sesame chicken, honey chicken etc. Will never eat there again I just hope I dont get sick.

The Statue of Liberty. Mount Rushmore. Chinese Inn on Nicholson. The wondrous things that happen inside this magical establishment border on witchcraft. I have no doubt that their their steamed dumpling recipe will soon become a protected national monument.

Mixed feelings. My daughter loved Everything, but my husband and I werent impressed. We went at around 12:15 so we expected hot fresh food on the buffet. It had obviously been sitting though. Even the egg rolls were overcooked and warm.

I love this place. The prices are great. I remember eating here way back to childhood. No one makes shrimp toast as excellent as they do. The staff is friendly and helpful. I order carryout mostly.

Excellent! Always delicious! I have been ordering take-out from from here for over 30 years and find it to be the BEST! Yes, it is tired looking, but it is the FOOD and SERVICE that count!

Their Chef Special rice w/ Hot Sauce is to die for. Always smiling and being ready to provide good food, service, and delivery to the area is something that youll never forget them for.

I love this place. One of the best Chinese restaurants in town. We always get the imperial chicken and it never disappoints. The people who run the place are very sweet!

If you want to eat the food you ordered within an hour of calling, I wouldnt go here. Every time I order it takes 1 hour+ for it to arrive.

A rare example of very courteous staff and fast delivery from a Chinese place. Food was within expectations, but their fried rice rocks.

The food is NASTY, the meats to noodle etc. ratio is just as bad, 2-3oz. of beef to nearly a pound of Lomein noodle is just sad.
