The girl who was nice told me the order wld be delivered in 40 mins. It took an hour and 40 mins and every single thing I Got was cold and terrible. The wings were like rubber, the fries were soggy like they had been microwaved the funnel cake was rock hard though it smelled good and the blt was disgusting... how can you mess up a blt. I spent 22 $ and threw ever last thing out. I didnt even want my dog to eat it. I have never had such a bad experience with a restaurant. I wouldve given them 0 stars but then I couldnt right a comment. Dont go here, your better off going hungry. I can only imagine the good reviews came from friends and relatives. Ive never written a review in my life..this is how bad this was.

I called in my order tonight, and it was incomplete, I called and spoke to this young lady and she said the driver took my order to the wrong address so I said are you going to send it, she said, they have to wait for the manager, so I said I paid for my order you sent me the wrong thing, and it doesnt equal the amount so would like ny order, she said we are actually closing now, I said so if I wouldnt have called I wouldnt know, she got quiet,so I guess I will get my chef salad tomorrow, wow, great service.

terrible customer service, visiting USA from London they advertise their mobile app as a New York food delivery when they dont provide the service in this city. They charge me on my bank account $25 in food I never received then try to speak with them for a refund and not solve the refund which they are stolen my money. Also I try to speak with them in phone number seems to be a customer service and they don;t ick it up anymore. how can I made this company refund my money

I was very upset after the way the manager handling his incompetent employees at the spending thousands of dollars with the pie guys. I literally order 3 to 4 times a week Ive been doing with the bullshit because I love the food but its not worth the headaches please dont go to buy pie guys. Especially delivery you will regret it it is the worst service ever with the most incompetent employees ever you will be highly disappointed

For those who buy or eat there this place is nasty its dirty as hell the cooks dont wash there hands nore do they ware gloves when they are making customers food there when there food it no good with mildew they cut off that part and keep the rest i wish i could uploed pictures to show eveyone they also put the boxs of frozen meats under the oven to melt them and thats nasty so please stop esting from this place

Let me start off by saying the staff at pie guys are very unprofessional. I ordered a specific sandwich and received my order wrong. I called to let them know my order was wrong and they gave me a hard time. They transfered me to 6 different people, proceeded by them insulting me and calling me a liar. I have never been treated so unfairly by a low budget food "restaurant". My point is DONT ORDER FROM PIE GUYS!

Awful. Ordered 2 burgers and fries and a salad. Best thing was the salad. Fries were soggy and the burgers tasted like unseasoned dry ground beef. Barely any cheese I ordered sautéed mushrooms with my burger which I paid extra for and didnt receive. Complete waste of my money. Should of just went to Mc Donalds. I left a tip with driver even though they charge-for delivery I want my money back!

My first time to a new restaurant n they really made me my day. First of all, the cashier, greeted us well. He was funny. :), not many people are like friendly with customers. Had their philly steak Burger & a strawberry banana smoothie.Best burger ever i have eaten in my life & smoothie was really fresh. I Guess best Healthy Smoothie~~ Get ready to see me all the time Pie Guys!!!

Delivery was fast, the burger OMG it was amazing!! Im not from America and have been searching for 6 months for a place that makes good burgers and this place right here they hit the nail on the head. The wings werent bad but could use a tab bit more seasoning just to give it that kick. But overall it was worth 5☆☆☆☆☆

The chili cheese Hot Dogs were just an over cooked dried up shriveled hot dog a bun and cheese with a spoonful of what you would want to call Chile. The driver didnt speak English which would have been helpful in the long run. But on the other hand the garlic parmesan chicken wings were fantastic.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Completely over priced, and was a half hour later than expected. French fries were soggy, made my burger completely wrong and not to mention raw. Had to throw away half of my order, it was waste of money. I would never recommend this to anyone in the Waterbury area.

Ordered late and got food in about 40 minutes, which is a lot faster that other places. Food was and tasted great! For those who are complaining that their food was not hot, of course its not going to be piping hot. It freaking delivery!
