Great Wall is the only Chinese place that delivers to La Crescent. They are HORRIBLE, told us it would take 30-45 mins and when I called back 1 hr 15 mins later they hadnt even made my food! The lady was rude, awful customer service. Then, we gave them a second chance and they delivered the wrong food! I called and she told me I had to give back the food so they could give it to the right person. Thats DISGUSTING. When I finally got the right food the beef was bloody and not cooked. Will NEVER order from them again. Id rather drive 20 miles for chinese food than have Great Wall deliver. Horrible customer service and the food isnt good either. Go to China Star on the south side of La Crosse!

Possibly the worst Chinese take out Ive ever had. They seem to have an aversion to vegetables at this place. I ordered the sesame chicken and its shown to have tons of broccoli, but when I got it, it had only 3 pieces of broccoli. Most places skimp on the meat, this places skimps on the veggies, and I have no idea why because Im sure the broccoli is cheaper than the meat. The sauce was burnt and all gooey like it was some kind of gelatin, and the meat was overcooked and just plain gross. They didnt screw up the rice, Ill give them that, but I didnt pay 10 bucks for a nice plate of white rice. Avoid this place if you want to have edible food.

I would give this place NO STARS if I could! The first time I went there the food made me sick. I went there for the second time thinking I would give them another chance. I ordered Pork Fried Rice... One of the SIMPLEST THINGS you can get. I was all excited to have it on my lunch break. I got back to my place of work and opened it up and the RICE WAS ALL BURNT AND NEARLY BLACK! I dared to try a few bites of it and it tasted like it was SEVERAL DAYS OLD! This place need to get with the program or quit serving food for peoples hard earned money. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they better the food.

This was our first time ordering from Great Wall & after reading the reviews I was a little hesitant but the food was awesome! I was told 45 minutes & it took just barely 40 minutes. Everything was hot & well organized to avoid spillage. There was enough food with leftovers for another meal or 2. They gave us a variety of condiments for everyones tastes & even threw in some little donuts for free! We were all very pleased & would definetly order from here again!!

If there was a place for no stars thats what they would get. They gave us plastic utensils and plates, flies all over the food, messed up the order, restaurant was dirty looked like her kids were making the food, no napkins. Ive had way better buffets for cheaper and they were great! This place was more expensive and it wasnt even a buffet! She never even checked up on us, and we sat down to a dirty table!

I ordered delivery. Happy Family extra spicy. It arrived with no spicy flavor at all and no rice! When I called to ask for my rice the man on the phone said, " Can we just give you free rice next time? " I said "no!" He said, " So you want us to bring your rice now?" ............... Yes, you heard me right!!!! I cant believe they would even ask that!!!! I wont be eating here again!!!!

It was the most awful delivery I have ever expierenced. Took over two hours to get the food, didnt comp or even change out anything so it was cold when it finally did come. Messed up the address and didnt bother to call, to make matters worse they forgot half the order and didnt even apologize.. dont waste your money

Ordered delivery, spent 23 dollars and gave a 5 dollar tip, they left and noticed that my sweet and sour chicken had no sweet and sour sauce...called back and received no appology but got my sauce 20 mins later after my food was cold. Never going back these people couldnt care less about the customer

The food is delicious! I have tried most of the places in town and this one is the best so far. Beef chow mai fun is my favorite! Update: food use to be great...lately it has not been very good at all. They even managed to overcook the deep fried food.

Overall the food was delicious and exactly what I would expect from Chinese takeout, however the two spicy items I ordered didnt even tickle my tongue, which was disappointing, other than that, great service, quick delivery and good hot food

We order from Great Wall all the time at work (around once a week). The food is good and is always delivered quickly. The delivery drivers are friendly and when we call we always get great service. We so much prefer them over China Star.

Food was great as far as cheap chinese restaurants go. Make sure you either get takeout or have it delivered as the seating area is small, and not very clean. Also the soad I had was expired by several months.
