As far as food - for wings and general bar/casual food it is fine. Hooters probably has better wings. My problem with this location especially is the service. I recently went in and placed an order 4 hours earlier to have ready for a later pick-up. By the time I got there to pick up the food it was not ready - still had another 15 minute wait. When I got home half my order was wrong. I called to see if they would correct the order. The girl answering the phone stated that she could refund my money but would not correct the order as they were too busy. What ?!? You make thousands of wings - how can you not correct an order? Needless to say - the last $ I spend there. Food is fine - service is horrible.

Waitress had a basically empty section but we were left with empty glasses, but her family or friends behind us got great service seeing that she hung out at their table. My sons order was wrong but they didnt fix it or take it off the bill. And the manager came by to get us refills but never brought them to us. It also took about 10 minutes after we were done eating to get our check. But the bacon burger and onion rings were good.

Its BW3. No surprises. It took a really long time to get our food, but there was a group of 15 sat at the same time as us and we had around 8 so its understandable. I was pleased that they got my order right. I subbed a bean patty for a burger in one of their "favorite" burgers so that was nice. Fries were a little cold. Waitress was on point.

My wife and I came in wanting take out... Then I (as per usual) changed my mind to stay and try the local brewery and scorpion wings. It was very busy and an employee named Teresa stopped everything she was doing to bus a table for us, get us seated, and help with drink our drink order. Customer service at ts best. Thank you!

Just tried to eat an order I picked up it was fried pickles and a sampler The pickles were soggy the sampler had soggy onion rings and the taco salad had stale chips Possibly the worst meal I have eaten in awhile What a waste of 22.00 hope they invest that 22.00 wisely as it will be the last they get from me

The service is garbage we sat there for 15 min and not a single waiter/staff member talked to us do not waste your money here go a bit farther down the road and go to the one on Westport road they have an amazing staff that actually cares about there customers I would give zero stars if I could

This is a pretty typical BW3s. The food is consistently pretty good. If you come at the right time the service is great, otherwise they are too busy for their staff. The environment is mediocre for kids at best. The beer selection is too main stream to have anything actually interesting.

Waiting for a table is pretty decent usually but when you order something to go ahead of time, they rarely have the food on time. Youll most likely have to wait an extra 10 min longer then they tell you. Overall the food tastes great though at this location for the most part.

The food is good, the service is good. I hadnt been to a BW3 in a couple years. I had to take a star off because Buzztime Trivia is the entire reason I went. Its been relegated to tablets, the old units are gone and the televisions dont really show the trivia action.

Went in for lunch take out and wont be doing that again. Had to wait 15 minutes for boneless hot wings and paid $3 for a small iced tea. The food is generally pretty good but not worth it unless you are also hanging out to watch a game or something.

Love the food but ever higher wing prices, unatinitive staff, and broken projector at the bar make me feel a bit under appreciated as a customer. I would rather go to O-line Sports bar if im in louisvile for the best wings.

This is my favorite BW3s. There is almost never a wait. The volume is almost always lively without being overpowering, and they give you the largest wings you will experience at a BWs. Highly recomend.

Wow they really pack you in this place not much room to move around the tables. Food was cold and tried playing the video poker but kept getting kicked out. Yep dont wast your time go somwhere else.

Not UL friendly. Difficult to watch UL games most days even if UK not a conflict. Wings are much smaller than Rumors or Hooters. Go to other BWW location rather than Middletown.
