We went the Wednesday following Mothers Day. Everything we wanted to order they were out of. The server said that Mothers Day wiped them out. It was 3 days later, They should have had a truck there on Tuesday to replenish what they needed until their regular food order was delivered. I have been in the Restaurant Management for 30 years and you can be out of things for one day, beyond that is just clearly not wanting to service your guests. And if you are really good and have access you would go to the local grocery store and get what you could there. Because the simple fact is when you dont have the main things people request like sour cream! then that guest is going to remember that. We remember every single bad experience there and rarely think about anything good. Management did not think ahead first of all when they knew of a holiday coming and had a plan for a busy day, they didnt make an effort to replace what they were out of, they just decided to wait until their next delivery was. Poor management to me. As I said I have been in the industry for 30 years and this is the first time I have seen this happen. We have been 4 times prior to this, every visit has been a nightmare. The service on 3 of the 5 times was terrible. The last visit the server had acne so bad his face was covered with whiteheads which is not appealing when getting ready to eat. I know they cant discriminate because the employee has acne, and I once was a teenager/young person. But there is plenty of things out there to help clear that up. People dont want to see all the acne with white puss ready to pop at any time. Its unsanitary and I dont want a persons hands touching my food, plate or anything pertaining to my meal. The other times, the steaks were overcooked, the lobster was so overcooked it wouldnt even come out of the tail. Another time the potato was rotten. And the bread/biscuits things they serve are awful. Its like they are trying to have cheddar bay biscuits like Red Lobster but the ones at Tuesdays taste like pure yeast with salt. There is no fluffiness, the inside is dry. We love or loved the salad bar. Tuesdays is one of the few places left that has the salad bar which is what drew us there. But the last 2 times we were there they did not have the things that we loved. So that was our last visit to the Louisville store. We will drive all the way to Indiana from now on if we even go to Ruby Tuesdays. We would really love to see a store opened near our house where the local people can enjoy it. This current location is so far out, reasoning that is close to the interstate but this area is more of a business area, and not residential. Please look into Bardstown Road, Outer Loop, Preston Highway, Breckenridge Lane.

This place was so disgusting that we ended up leaving. We were waiting for a table nearly 10 minutes with staff just milling around seemingly doing nothing. I went to the restroom, and on my way noticed there were nearly 20 open tables in multiple sections. About 10 feet from the restroom there was this really nasty smell. Turns out it was coming from the ladies room. It smells as if they mopped the floor with urine. It instantly made me wonder if they would keep an area I can see this way how is the kitchen? On my way back to the waiting area I looked over the salad bar, and it looked kind of like the food had been sitting for hours, dirty, and unkempt. The health rating was a 92, but had been a B before that, and then a C before that. They are obviously having management issues.

The service was good but the food left much to talk about. Lets start off with the salad bar not much of a selection and what they did have was alright. I ordered the crab cakes which were more like crab sheets they were the thinnest crab cakes I have ever had most definitely not worth what they were priced and the shrimp platter we ordered with the zucchini first the shrimp was under cooked and very bland the zucchini was super greasy and gross. It felt like who ever was cooking didnt really care about the food at all and it very much showed. It was a very disappointing dinner and I wouldnt recommend it. if youre looking for a goodnight out with amazing food this is definitely NOT the place to go to

We were sat down next to three employees wrapping utensils on two separate tables. While looking around 4 tables needed bussed and the table next to us was filthy. We ordered two soft drinks 1 came out in a hot glass. We then told them we had to leave. We paid for the drinks 5.70 for two soft drinks really. Called the manager to explain to him why we left. He agreed with us and told us he was just sent there from the Knoxville TN location to straighten up our Louisville locatio. Will never return for the cost the atmosphere is not worth it. They should have never changed their theme.

So disgusting! First off, it took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we even set foot in the building. When we were finally seated, my husband asked for a sample of beer and when the waitress brought back the "sample" and he tasted it, turns out she accidentally gave him someones already drank iced tea. When he said that it tasted like someone elses iced tea, she snatched the glass from him and said she was sorry and that it was the bartenders fault. We left immediately. Never experienced anything like that in my life-never going to Ruby Tuesday again!

This location is seriously outdated! The first impression when you walk in is the super messy salad bar that had empty containers that needed refilled and food items scattered all around the bar! The whole atmosphere was one of an old bar that smelled of old grease! The furniture was extremely dated and dingy looking. The chairs looked like they had years of crud on them as well as the ceiling tile. The food actually wasnt that bad but I just couldnt relax in the "old grungy bar" feeling location! Will not stop at this location again.

Ate there at 4:00 on Thursday. There were 5-6 tables with people at them. Not busy. The salad bar was a mess. Many items were empty. There was food on the floors and on the clean plates. There were 4 staff members standing around at the end of the salad bar complaining loudly about other staff members, oblivious to the salad bar needing to be cleaned and restocked. The bathrooms were filthy. The last thing I want to hear is staff bitching about other staff. Clearly poor management, employees that dont know how to work. Wont be back.

Terrible. Only weird for it. Took 10 minutes to get seated, another 10 for our drink orders, 5 for our food order, and 45 minutes or so later they bring out food only after we ask them where our food is. The food had clearly been microwaved and wasnt very warm. We were comped the meal (including my beer) and the manager was apologetic. He took my email address to send me something, but hasnt. The restaurant had maybe people in it...was not busy at all
