This was the worst experience and food Ive ever had at a TR. Consistency is key for me when choosing a chain restaurant and although this particular location is ALWAYS packed... both the service and food here (IMO) are well below par. The fried pickles were hot and yummy but their dipping sauce was replaced by plain ranch for some reason...? This was then followed by the manager bumping our server right at our table, resulting in a full GLASS of soda falling and shattering all over my legs and sandaled feet (work capris were soaked and my shoes were full of sticky soda, no cuts though which was all they were apparently concerned with). This went down right after the delivery of our meals. Ugh. By the time I and 4 waitstaff AND the manager had cleaned up, with the bar towel they threw on the seat beside me while sweeping glass out from under my feet, everything was gross and cold. My steak was overcooked and full of fat, the potato was cold and undercooked. Friends steak was WAY undercooked and went back during the whole glass debacle. Look, at the very least they could have knocked 20% from my bill instead of overcharging me for my dinner, but according to the manager, "prices just went up and that was an old menu you had". I will never return.

We have always been a fan of TR. But this past Saturday afternoon my wife & I did a call ahead seating for the two of us. I was to be my wifes birthday celebration. We called at 7:49 PM & were told that it would be about a 20 minute wait. We were 15 minutes from TR. We arrived 15 minutes after the call & was told that it would be another 20 minute wait. So we agreed to wait. Our Waite was 45 minutes later, still with no setting. I spoke with the young lady again to see what was the hold up. She said that they were waiting on a table to come open. I told here that there had been several partys that had come in after we arrive & were seated in front of us. She said she was sorry, but the next table would be ours. 10 more minutes went be still no table. So I went to the young lady & told her that we were leaving. And you are correct No Appoluge was give not even Im Sorry. Not. A Thing... Then we left & as we were driving down the street to Longhorn Steakhouse. I call to speak with the manager on duty. Only to be told by the Manager that we should have ask to see the Manager. Extremely Bad Way To Handle Customer.

This was my very first time ever going to Texas roadhouse. I was Leary because I like my food a certain way. Ordered the 6oz steak meal with green beans fries and rice.i like My steak beyond well done, most places under cook my steaks. They nailed it the first time. My first bite I fell in love with it. The green beans were like what My grandma used to make. Delicious. My husband and kids also first time loved their food as well husband ordered the country steak meal, kids got the mini cheeseburger meals.. Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and I normally hate pickles but they were actually good. Dinner rolls were to die for. And whatever butter mixture they got I fell in love with. Portion sizes were great. One plate and me and my family were full. Waitress was beyond amazing in having a table with 2 kids that were cranky and rowdy. Manager found out it was our first time and gave us a card for free appetizers next time we visit. My husband and I will most certainly be coming back for our anniversary dinner. All around I loved My experience there. Great food. Great people. And well worth the price.

I was visiting this Texas Roadhouse for my very first time during the July 4th, 2013 Holiday. Even though I eat at the one in my home state on a regular basis, I was very thrilled by the service I received to begin with from Camille, and then by Kyle who finished me up after Camille was phased. I was surprised to see Servers communicate as well as they did. Camille made sure to let Kyle know exactly which Cherry Coke I was drinking, she ordered ALL of my food perfect for example my salad&baked potato without certain ingredients, and she communicated with the cooks on how I wanted my BBQ Ribs prepared. Kyle took very good care of me by anticipating my needs, talking with me as his customer visiting from another state&he&Camille made sure to check on me several times. Kyle also knew a lot of the history of the company&about the store he worked in. I definitely will be back to this Texas Roadhouse to eat on another one of my trips to KY. Way To Go!! Keep Up The Good Work! Yeehaw!

Have been coming here for years and hadnt had a bad experience yet. Tonight I brought my mom. I ordered the sirloin and she ordered the strip. My first steak came out looking like a 1980s ponderosa product. Hers was nearly half fat. We shared a bowl of flavorless chili. The bartender who was relatively friendly last week "kindly" informed me maybe Id prefer to eat at cheddars after my second steak amazingly not as good as a sizzler product arrived. I guess since she had only served me twice (her words) it really doesnt matter. The manager did "Comp"our bill so we only paid 32 dollars

Hands down, the most consistently cooked steak in town. I usually get a New York strip or a filet cooked medium. Usually there two or three times a month. The only thing i see that needs work is the seating. If they are on a wait, you will receive a pager to alert you when a table is ready. A hostess will walk you to the table and you get to watch the busser clean the table as you stand uncomfortably close to a table that is enjoying their food. I would prefer the table be ready to sit at before Im alerted. Staff is polite and friendly. Quality and value. Hope this helps.

Did call ahead seating so we were promptly seated. Ordered chicken critters for an appetizer and our food. Waited and waited. Finally flagged down our server and asked about appetizer. She said she thought it was a meal. She went and got it. No sooner than she left, our food was delivered. Ordered the Medalians and they were tasteless. I checked with others in my party and they said the same thing. Have eaten there several times before and it was never like that. Not sure about going back as for the amount we spent there we could have good food at Longhorn steakhouse.

This place is my families absolute favorite place to eat!! BUT the last two times weve been, sadly its not been a good experience. The waitress has stayed gone forever it seemed. And the food has been cold and the potatoes are not cooked!! I really hope something changes because we love TEXAS ROADHOUSE but theyve been letting us down... To the point that some of our party had finished eating completely before others food that had to be redone even came back out. Please start checking cooking temps before serving the food.
