Food tasted great...I loved the cilantro flavor in the chips and salsa... It was a Saturday night so place was 3/4 full and I took my boys out for a guys night and they badly wanted Buffalo wild wings, their favorite thing here is the tablets with trivia, unfortunately waitress said there were none left the that werent broken but as soon as one is freed up we can have one... Get your crap fixed or then shut off the trivia TV in front of us that my boys want to play. We will come back but it was disappointing.

Very slow service on Fathers Day. Only about 1/4 of the restaurant was filled. Our food took about 40 minutes to be delivered and that was after asking our waitress to check on our food. Our waitress wasnt very attentive and we had to ask her for refills on drinks. She never came and asked us if we wanted some. This kind of slow service has happened to us too many times. I doubt we will be back. And at one time we were so excited to have BDubs come to town... sadly weve lost our excitement.

We waited a long time for are food. when we dis get it the fries were cold and so was the chicken in my wrap. The waitress was great and pushed to get me another wrap and fresh fries. This is the second time we had trouble here with our food and the time it took. I think cooks need more training on timing orders. The food was good once we got it the second time.

5th time there and not once has our order came out right!!!! Went there today for lunch because they were not busy...and after 50 min the only thing that came out was our drinks!!! Wow!! I know its new but that is a little bit extreme.. I will drive the extra 30 min to Angola to get good service. Still love bdubs just not the one in Sturgis MI.

The atmosphere is perfect for whole families, sport fans or old foggies and the food was very good. The service was also exceptional. The whole experience definately topped the other "wing" restaurant in town on all counts.

Decent food, but the service is terrible. We have ordered there 3 times and they have messed up our order every single time. We will not be going there again, I strongly encourage you to follow suit.

Usually they are speedy and delicious... But this Sunday half the seats are empty and its been over an hour for a chicken wrap yet, none to be seen. Quite disappointed with the slow service.

The worst location Ive been to. Service is slow, and every time I order out it takes over twice as long as they said it would. I guess Sturgis wasnt ready for a Bdubs.
