Eat here if you dont mind your order always being wrong. I have ordered takeout twice. The first time my Buffalo wrap was a completely different wrap. My husband didnt check the order and had to go back. The manager gave him some vouchers for a free snack size wings which was nice. The second time was last night. I ordered at exactly 7:00 pm and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I arrived at 7:20, paid, and was told my order was ready and was being bagged. 4 people behind me later had came and paid, received their food, and left while I was still standing here waiting. I had to flag someone down to get them to check on the issue. Only then did she get my order together. I checked it and guess what? My order was wrong. Rather than wait on a new one I just asked for it on the side and left. No manager or apologies. I walked out of there at 7:38 pm. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Buffalo wild wings than this one!

Been going to this location for a long time and the service gets worse and worse every time. We ordered our food, including an appetizer and didnt actually receive our food until 45-50 minutes after we ordered. There were maybe 3 other tables sat at this time. Our server continuously avoided our table, then when I went to speak to the manager, she seemed unwilling to help the situation & seemed annoyed by me asking about our food. Once we finally got our food, we still did not get checked on to make sure everything was okay nor did ever receive an apology for our wait or lack of attention paid to us. The whole time I sat there, I didnt receive ONE refill. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the way they think is acceptable to run a business.

Terrible experience - I will not go there again. One of the wings was undercooked. I didnt want to complain because I was enjoying the sports games and the rest of the wings were good. The server was nice and I didnt want to bother her, One of the games I had requested suddenly got changed for no apparent reason but they eventually fixed that, On my way home, my stomach got upset so I went back to the restaurant to tell them. They offered a refund but the manager said her general manager would only give a refund on the condition that I give them all of my personal information, I refused. The $11.65 I spent does not entitle this company to all of my information. I declined their offer. They lost my business.

Ive only recently began going there and the experience has been Outstanding! The food has always come out pleasantly Hot, both in temps and spiciness,(when ordered). Just recently took the Blazing Wing Challenge and kicked it in its fiery B.... Two employees in particular I want to take this time to recognize....TAYLOR AND OLIVIA! Theyve always been so friendly and upbeat, always with a smile which only added to the experience. It was so much more of a Business Casual atmosphere than Hooters could ever achieve. Keep up the outstanding work guys and see you tonight around 6.

Walked in to be set immediately............sat there for almost a half hr. Never had anyone walk up to table no drinks no food....Nothing. my wife walked up to the bar to try and get drinks. She was told we had to get drinks from our waiter or waitress. She told the bartender we had sat there for 30 min and no one had talked to us. The bartender said sorry and walked away. Will never be returning.

Horrible service. Today is Dec.6. 9:25pm I went to order some wings Togo. The greeter stared at me while I was walking in. When I noticed that I wouldnt be getting help. I just approached the counter only to find myself waiting for 20 min with employees and manager cleaning and repeatedly walking past me as if I had been helped. Will not recommend

Very dirty bathrooms. Food was delivered cold after a very long wait, even though our waitress kept checking on it for us. We overheard the manager telling her the kitchen was backed up over 30 mins. I cleaned a corner of the urinal to make it obvious how dirty it was in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.

Boneless wings were cooked as hard as a rock. The sauce was so salty..was similar to soy sauce. My order of cheese curds were very skimpy. Tortilla chips had grease all over them, and the salsa was just so-so. This was my 1st ever visit to Buffalo wild wings..and it was my last !!!

We go there periodically and LOVE the Screamin Nacho Burger. Staff is good, they have a GREAT MGT Staff. We did have an issue once and it was resolved IMMEDIATELY, the MGR even sat at our table to appologize and take care of the SMALL issue, we werent upset, but it was fixed.

Sometimes really good. The main problem here is poor waiting area and service. They need benches outside and either buzzers or a speaker system for waiting customers outside. I have seen 25+ people leave while waiting. And I bet it could be less if this was addressed

I have been in the restaurant business for 40 years...and I just had the best service that I have had in a long time! I ordered food ToGo at the bar! And I will continue to go to the Stony brook location from here on out!! Great renovations also!! Thank you!!

Went there yesterday and as we were being seated the hostess farted. It smelled and i could taste it on my tongue....like ketchup and onions. I will not eat at an establishment that allows this kind of behavior.

This location was rexently renovated. It looks great, and offers some good lunch prices. My table of four ordered lunch and received our order in 13 minutes! Food was hot, and the order was accurate.

They ran out of clean glasses during the first half a UofL game in the opening round of the NCAA tournament. Then the ran out of Sierra Nevada before half. How is this place still open?

Wings, salad and burgers should not require a 25-30 minute kitchen time when not very busy. Id hate to see this place when packed. I do like the new decor.
