Me and my husband used to frequent this restaurant on several different occasions..the place is very well decorated and the staff is usually very friendly. But on this occasion, the place was very hot inside, apparently they had been keeping their air conditioning off to save money. As soon as I stepped inside I nearly passed out..even the waitress had sweat on her face! I asked her if there was a cooler place to sit because it was very hot..and she walked past me and spouted off some sentence in chinese or whatever to the cashier and soon enough it became comfortable in there. We ate then went to the cash register and was greeted by a very stern and unfriendly face backed by an equally cold attitude. We have decided not to eat there again.

BY FAR THE MOST RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!! Waited patiently for them to refill items on the bar and we were IGNORED! Asked several times and never did get my food. Manager got in my face and yelled at me for not wanting to pay for this TERRIBLE SERVICE and then had the nerve to try to charge for the items that werent available which I doubt they ever cooked. The manager was also very disrespectful and told me he didnt think I even had the money to pay which was completely uncalled for. This could have all been resolved with a small to go bag of what I was looking for but with the rude service and accusations I will NEVER be back.

Just in town for a few days - ordered take out for myself, husband and child. the food was awesome!!! we ordered take out and it was ready quickly, the staff was so sweet too! only thing i would point out - the portions were huge! we were in a hotel so we could not keep things overnight or they would have been great leftowers. anyway - loved it!! plan to eat there whenever we are in town.

They do not go by the pricing they have listed on their website. In fact they deny even having a website. Their pricing is way too high, I was very disappointed with their service. I do not see how they can deny a website, that has a picture of their business from the outside as well as the inside. I will not order from them again.

We always eat here every week. Food is fresh, lots of flavor and variety!!! Charming family that owns it, which just adds to the appeal. Also love the atmosphere and the many little collectable items that you can buy!!

Disgusting. Totally un eatible. Just paid 20 but to eat a spoonful of gooey noodles and spit everything put into a napkin. Then found green meet....thank you for my future food poisoning.

Food on the bar is always fresh and with the Mongolian grill you can fix your dish exactly the way you want it and they grill it up right in front of you
