First off, I love this places food. But three times in a row the order has been very wrong. On all occasions we have paid for all of our food and have taken nothing for free. I wish these guys would get it together, because otherwise, the delivered product is great. Last 3 times: #1 - sweet and sour pork instead of sesame chicken. I just ate it. It was good. #2 no beverage delivered. Drivers offer, free beverage next time. We called, after bickering, got a drink delivered. #3. We ordered 2 entrees and extra egg rolls. We had the order repeated over the phone and it was correct. $23 and change. Only one entree was delivered. When we called the women on the phone argued with my girlfriend about the order. We told them we would just split the one entree that was delivered and paid. Very frustrating.

I have tried this place twice, there will be no third. The first time I tipped 25%, second 15%. What a waste of money. The food was not worth an 8th of the money. Just terrible. I thought "hey, maybe they had an off night", so hey, lets give then another chance. I did and Holly cow what a continual disappointment! Again the food was terrible. I ask very nicely for one type of extra sauce, no avail. I call to ask why this request was not granted. I was told it was not their problem. I am done with these people. Theyve struck out again. Dont waste your money.

I cant comment on the food because it never arrived. It was over an hour late and when I called I only got excuses. They were busy (not my problem) and were more than four miles away (not the case, and not my problem). She also said it was going to be ANOTHER 30 minutes. Five, ten, or even fifteen minutes is understood, but an hour and a half is ridiculous. If youre hungry, dont count on this place.

We go in once a week. Service is always friendly, food is ready in ten minutes. Ive ordered it online, in store, and by phone to be delivered. Ive never had an order wrong. The food is always tasty comfort food. Dont know what happened to other reviewers on here, but my experience has always been spot on great.

Ordered from here since they delivered, that was a bad idea. My chicken I ordered was dry, over cooked, and tasteless. My wife ordered the sesame chicken and was somewhat enjoying it, until she found a long black hair mixed in with it. Needless to say we will never be eating there again.

My husband and I enjoy ordering from this place when we feel like ordering in. Good food and good price. Today (in awhile) everything we ordered was good and hot. The only things that bothered me was they never provided forks or anything to eat with. And, the cookies were stale. Yuck!

I live in the area and get take out from here at least once a week, usually the sweet and sour chicken, or shrimp foo young. I always ask for no onions in what I order, and theyve never had a problem with my request. The "regular" sized orders are enough for two people.

I am very disappointed in quality of the food purchase from this restaurant. The vegetables were chopped to big, too many onions and no flavor. The fried. Dumping s were so bad that I threw them in the garbage. Panda Express has better food..

Wont go back! or eat Chinese for a while! the place was not the cleanest, and the food had a weird taste to it, my friend also said the same thing! we chocked half of it down, and pitched the rest I am done with Chinese for quite a while!

We have been coming to China Gourmet for years! Always awesome food and a fair price. The owners are very nice and the food is always fresh and hot. I think we have had just about everything on the menu and it is all great!

Place isnt as clean as others... But the food is outstanding. Much better Chinese food than any of the other places around. My experience has always been very fresh.
