First time. Last time. From the moment you walk in there is smoke in the air. Its a tell tell sign that whatever oil is being used is old. The place is dingy and dirty. They have displayed at the counter, dust crusted examples of food containers. The computer is caked with dirt. Atop a freaking deep freezer was pans of conjilled meat-just sitting out in the open! In the soda freezer behind the counter was pans of egg rolls and other foods. Our table was dirty. We order in but got our food in to go containers on trays. The egg rolls tasted old and the meat over cooked (due to old oil perhaps). How they had a rating of 96 is beyond reason. Never again. Better to go to Panda House on Briley; great people and good food.

I usually do not write reviews, but today theyve earned it, I have ordered from this place many, many times before, I actually love their food, I have no complaints about that, and I did put up with her nasty attitude just because I wanted their food, However Today Ive had it!!! the terrible customer service is going to start pushing people away, Its the same problem every time I want to place an order, the lady taking my order is just rude, its disgusting! I will never order from this place EVER AGAIN! I will take my business somewhere else, where I am treated with the respect an courtesy ALL CUSTOMERS DESERVE!! I will go to Panda Express Next time, just saying...

I chose a different restaurant because I am new to the city and thought there had to be others better than the one closest to me. When I got there, I saw a sign that said they were one of the best for 2014 but I must have caught them on a bad day. The staff only spoke when telling me how much the order was. My egg rolls were not included and the Mai Fun only had cabbage as the veggie (with minimal eggs, shrimp). However, since I try to find something positive in everything, I will say that they were quick......my order was ready when I got there and the egg rolls only took the three minutes to get ready. I will, though, continue to look elsewhere for my Mai Fun.

The food was good....thats it. The lady working the cash register on a tues at 1 pm was so rude. When me and my husband walked in she was yelling at someone on the phone and calling them crazy. Then hung the phone up on them and was telling my husband about it angrily and unprofessional. I then asked her for hot water and she said over there and then picked a bowl the was sitting next to it face up. I asked her for a clean one and she got an attitude...the resturant was so so filthy....I really dont even know why I ate there....Def wont go back...rude service and dirty resturant....Ill be surprised if they dont have roaches....nasty

Visiting from out of state, I ordered the Sweet and sour shrimp. It was way over cooked and too much batter hard to find the shrimp.. I ve always had this served with vegetables this came with just sauce. I also asked if they had steamed chicken. The response was no. I probed a bit more still no...I had to hang up and re-read the menu.... It offers steamed chicken with broccoli....the staff member didnt have the common sense to think outside the box and tell me we it was offered with broccoli... I would not recommend or return

Man the food was excellent, but I had a hard time telling the guy what I wanted, and then I got not exactly what I asked for. I ordered General Tsaos chicken with vegetable rice, order of fortune cookies and some chopsticks. I got an order of General Tsaos chicken, white rice, veggie rice, egg rolls (no idea where that came from), no chopsticks, and no fortune cookies. But man the food was good. Even the egg rolls were good and I didnt order them.

Prices are very good plus this is the first place that makes egg foo young the way I remember it at my favorite Chinese takeaway in Pittsburgh. Stuffed with shrimp and not too expensive. Good hot and sour, nice and hot, no complaints. The delivery guy was a total sweetheart. If anyone was rude I didnt notice at all, Im ordering chow not sitting at a restaurant. Portions are huge. My mom and daughter love their food.

I have ordered from here 2Times. The first time the food was greasy and Ok , the second time I ordered chicken with broccoli To Go and when I opened the lid to my food I found a cocroach stuck on the chicken !!!!! Ugh, Disgusting!!!!! Tells you that place is not clean at all. Never ever going back again. I recommend this place if you like eating Cocroaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food has always been good...I just had delivered through beyond menu last night. I had the house fried rice, curry chicken, and the generals chicken with steamed rice. My order arrived about 35 minutes after my order, and the food was great as usual. I do carry out mostly, so I dont pay for the service...only the food.

reviews are right when the food is good but the service from the people are rude,and make you not want to prder from there anymore.you would think owning a business here in the united states they would be more considerate. they act like they belong here...... just here on a passport ( just a pass by)

The food Is satisfactory, but the service needs a lot of work. Every time we order from this place (Which we continue to do out of convenience and hope) They forget some of our food. It has happened three times in a row now, and we are choosing a new place to order Chinese food.

Excellent quality, quantity, and service. Highly recommend the fried bean curd dinner and hot and sour soup. Veg. rolls were not good...too tough to eat. Chicken and broccoli did not have very much meat in it. Overall best Chinese dinner weve had in a very long time though.

Im a bit disappointed, Ive been ordering from here for a year, but tonight it was like eating from a whole different restaurant. I dont know if its a different cook, or if they changed their recipe...i ll give it one more shot, hope its better next time.

We ordered 3 dishes for home delivery.They sent 2 same dish and one which we ordered large they sent small quantity.We called but....they fought on phone.Food was just ok.From this we have learned to Always check the parcel before giving money.

The food is great but they are super rude esp the lady that works the counter & answers the phone. Even when you add to your order they treat you like its inconvenient. I will still eat from there if someone else gets the order.

Ordered delivery.. food was cold. Asked for egg instead of charging me for it they wrote a note.. no pay for egg... it was really bad Chinese. Shrimp fried rice and house Lomein. One bite and my stomach is hurt.

The food was horrible. Totally tasteless. The egg roll was ok. But i had fried rice, which i couldnt even eat more than two bites. And i had the broccoli and chicken and it was just horrid.
