Ordered a pizza for me and my 5 year old. Pizza showed about an hour later. Driver was polite and courteous. Brought pizza into the house and opened it up. Half of it was missing cheese and toppings. Just dough and sauce. Strike 1. My son and I were both really hungry at this point so we ventured on and grabbed a slice. There were very few toppings over all. But again we were hungry. First bite taste nothing like the pizza hut Im use to. My son who loves all pizza took a bite and said daddy I dont like it. Strike 2. I called the manager and politely explained the issues. She said they would remake it and send it back out. An hour later the second pizza shows up. This one missing toppings and cheese on about a quarter of the pie. Not only that but the taste again was horrible. Strike 3. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

Ordered a pizza at 6:45 p.m. to be delivered to a home across the street from The Living Arts and Science Center. I got called back at 7 p.m. to tell me that they couldnt deliver a pizza to such a dangerous neighborhood after dark. At 7 in the evening. Outside Yuppies are walking their dogs, a family event is happening at LACS, students are still at the school for an evening event a block away, and people are just getting home from work. Id kind of understand at midnight, but 7 p.m. on a major, well-lit street? Last time I spend money at Pizza Hut. Update: Papa Johns was able to get to the house and back to the car at 7:45 without getting shot in a drive-by.

Recently my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza for delivery, after I paid for it online, a message popped up that they werent delivering because of the weather. But they still charged me. We talked to the manager who had no record of our account ever existing. So now Im out $16.41 with no proof except for the hole in my bank account. Pay with cash if you order here

This is located on the UK campus. Delivery times are incorrectly estimated by Hours, yes hours, a 40 minute estimate was wrong by 2 hours! Funny thing is every call they told me it was on its way. Never again. If the pizza left the store when they said it would have been in the car for over an hour, doubtful it would have been very good.

Love their pizza, but I wouldnt recommend ordering online, call it in to make sure you know how long the wait will be first. It doesnt tell you what the wait time is until after youve ordered- I just had to cancel one because after I ordered, it said it would take them THREE HOURS to deliver it to me.

Would have given them zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a pizza with EXTRA sauce and got no sauce. When the driver got here he was apparently unable to follow simple instructions on how to get to my house and I had to walk out in the rain to meet him. Never ordering from this place again.

Service is horrible. I had an online order that said would take 30 minutes. It got here 3 hours late. On another instance I had an order that was burnt and they refused to send me one immediately. I had to wait 2 extra hours for an order they messed up.

Pizza was tasty, but skimpy on the toppings, sauce, and cheese. The large pizza that I tried had lots of bread, but very few toppings. If you are expecting a good pizza look elsewhere. The pizza hut pizza was merely average for the price.

typical national chain pizza hut. except there is one very handsome delivery driver named matt. nice guy, fast delivery from him, and single. cute girls should ask for him when getting their delivery for sure.

One of the worst pizzas Ive ever gotten. Crust tasted like cardboard and they forgot to put a topping on pizza that I ordered. Barely any sauce or cheese and long wait. Ill stick with Papa for my pizza.
