I used to have trouble every time that I came to this location so my boyfriend and I stopped coming here for about 7 months. Not sure if they have gone under new management or hired a practically all new team but our recent experience was definitely our best. Came back for seconds later that night! Very impressed. They used to always forget something with our order and literally everytime we got nachos and cheese, we would either get only nachos with no cheese or cheese with no nachos. We also used to get very stale taco shells, even with a cheesy Gordita crunch! But the past couple visits they have not forgotten anything and everything has tasted extremely fresh. Hopefully things stay this way because having worked in the food industry AND customer service all my life, it really pleases me when a company delivers both good quality food and satisfying service. Thumbs up to whatever caused this SIGNIFICANT improvement!!!

Taco Bell has a great breakfast. Too bad they cant get their act together in the morning. Monday, at open, no one answered the board for 5 minutes. l was greeted and then ordered the chicken biscuit taco. Was told that the chicken would not be ready for 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes after open to be able to make an item as ordered? Tuesday, I sat at the board for 10 minutes and wasnt greeted at all. Today, at 10:15, I tried again. Ordered an A.M. Crunchwrap and biscuit taco. Got to the window and they ran my card. After they had my payment, the cashier said they were holding hash browns and that it would take 5 minutes to complete. l feel this should have been made known to me at the time of the order, not after Ive paid. I was short on time and could not wait. This location is showing a trend of horrible service and no urgency.

Always have a pleasant time at this Taco Bell, One instance note worthy happened after listening to a customer in front of me argue with the worker about their ten minute plus drive thru wait, which was false! The customer was extremely rude cussing etc. totally uncalled for. Mr. Smith and Mr. Williams apologized for the so called "long wait" and waited patiently for the customer to argue their point/rant and speed off. When I got to the window they also apologized to me for the "wait", apologized for the cussing customer, and asked me if my order was correct. Both men took the time to make sure I wasnt bothered by the commotion and that I was highly satisfied. Thank you, will be back in the near future.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. Ordered 2 items with 4 cars in front of me and it took FORTY minutes before I got to the window. Only to be shorted $10 by the extremely ghetto girl running the register & get someone elses food. She then tried telling me that shes "pretty sure she gave me the $10" ...I ended up getting my $10 & the correct order after the "manager" came over. Clearly this place employs all morons. Im disappointed that I didnt come here & read all the terrible reviews first. I will never take my business to this place again & I suggest none of you do either.

I ordered two items, a crunch wrap supreme no sour cream and a beefy quesadilla no chipotle. I received a crunch wrap loaded with sour cream and a beefy quesadilla dripping chipotle sauce out of the aluminum foil that it wasnt even wrapped in, just folded over. I couldnt eat because I didnt have anymore time to go back and get it fixed or to go anywhere else and get food until hours later. And I basically paid 5$ to starve during my break instead of eat. What a waste of good food that could have been eaten and a polite customer that would have turned into repeat business.

We decided to stop here for a freezy after some idiots decided to close both major bridges into cincy at the same time and then some other idiots were texting and driving and caused a huge crash so traffic was a nightmare. We were riding into town from Gatlinburg and the sun had us dehydrated and hot. The taco Bell isnt well advertised and kind of snuck up on us, but its clean and the staff that was there the day we were, absolutely hilarious. Made the circumstances of our stop all a bitter memory.

One star. I ordered a Frito burrito and it had sour cream. I have NEVER gotten a Frito burrito with sour cream. I do not like sour cream at all so I was very dissapointed. A soft taco was ordered for my mother, and her sour cream was missing. Also they used a very small wrap for my burrito. You will not get your moneys worth at this restraunt. I wanted a freeze, but of course the machine was down for the millionth time. I had to give it one star to write a review. If not I would give it -1000.

Most expensive Taco Bell Ive ever seen. $4.02 for a chicken quesadilla by itself. I just sat in line for 15 minutes (trapped since their drive-thru is blocked). So since I had nothing better to do I called 3 other taco bells within 20 miles and asked them about prices and the next expensive one was still $0.30 cheaper. Im from Ohio so Im not used to paying tax on food anyway but if Im gonna pay $8 for a quesadilla and a taco its not gonna be from Taco Bell

Very often Ive had poor service, or the food has been awful like it was old. Just seems like they dont care at all. Ive been in the drive thru and couldnt hear the person on the speaker because people laughing in the background. Pull up to the window and have a long wait on a short order. Open window and theyre just clowning around. Definitely the worst Taco Bell Ive been to, which usually offers great service.

-1000 stars. I almost puked when I ate my cheesy my Gordia crunch and my 7 layer burrito. The shell of my hard shell tacos felt like soft tacos. Also had to wait about 30 min for my order when there was maybe 3 cars in the drive through. This place ruins Taco Bell cause I have always loved their food. They need to fire everyone one that works there or just shut down completely.

This Taco Bell is consistently slow. Their customer service is awful. They consistently leave items out of your drive through orders, but insist you move up only to check the order and have items missing. Go inside to correct the problem and you hear nothing but "We made that," from the kitchen. Well, you may have made it, but it never made it to my bag. Really?

Lunch & dinner times are okay, late night is horrendous. You will be in the drive through for at least half an hour and then probably get the wrong order. Im currently spending another half an hour in line because the dining room is closed and I dont even want to eat the food they did give me, or Id have drove off (and this is not the first time this has happened).

I live in this area i also work third shift, I have had a craving for their cheesy gordita crunch and every time I show up at 3 or 330. They are closed, or they make you wait until its 4 and then tell you they are closed. WITH OUT TAKING OUR ORDER. If got are not open til 4, then post that on your website! 2 weeks straight I show up at this time and they are closed
