This maybe alittle long so I apologize. . The SHIRT version is this place sucks a**, the employees are disgusting & rude! Our first warning SHOULD have been when you pull up to any resturant at 5:30 pm on a Friday night & there are NO cars in the guest parking. Eh its Friday night & theres a big game at the H/S right down the road. My mother & I go in, we are rudely "greeted" we tell the dude who looks like he should be at a car repair shop, hes that dirty. That we wanted to dine in. I look around NIT ONE guest, not one. Warning sign two lol. When he rolled his,eyes as he grabbed two menus & told my Mom to sit "whereever" , granted every table & booth were available, but HARDLY how you sit a guest. I knew this place has has a HORRIB5 reputation for years, but since we drive past it several times a week, Id also seen on their Marque they had a new GM. Who apparently is as great as the previous one or twenty however many theyve had. Im not a HUGE pizza eater, but when I want it, I want it. Sadly for them since our plan had been to eat in AND order carry out to bring back to my brother & sister in law. However, the "whereever" landed us at another casual dining resturant . Will NOT go back there & I will NEVER recommend any else going there.

i cant believe the stuff im reading. my family orders from this place twice a week now that theres new management. yet all i see are complaints. and most of them are about stupid stuff. one lady complained that she was the only one in the place and didnt know why it took so long. MABE BECAUSE THEY DO 99% OF THEIR BUSINESS THROUGH WALK INS AND DELIVERY! Just because you sat down and ordered doesnt mean you go before everyone who ordered before you... And other people think just because you live close you should get your delivery faster? Everyone who gets delivery from there lives close. Thats why they can deliver to you! If they take a long time then that means they have lots of customers. thats good! You all dont realize, they started selling 15 and 20 dollar pizzas for half that to compete with the market. so now they have half the employees. which means it will take longer... i would know. i worked at a pizza hut when i was a teenager and the deals mean layoffs. this place is FANTASTIC!

Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and breadsticks this past Saturday. First of all my boyfriend said when he went in to get it, it had been sitting under the heating lamp. We ordered the pizza as we were driving there and it only takes less than 10 minutes to get there. A properly cooked pizza takes about 15-20 minutes to cook (Ive worked in a pizza joint before). Second when he got the pizza home it didnt look like Papa Johns pizza looks like (fresh and delicious). We ate it anyways because it was already after closing and they wouldnt do anything about it anyways. Not an hour later I was puking my face off all night. Then during the night my boyfriend got bad indigestion. Needless to stay we are NEVER eating Pizza Hut again. I only requested them that night because I used to love their breadsticks. Note how I said USED to. Sticking with papa johns from now on..

My family and I, 8 in total, decided to have dinner at the pizza hut in canton. The waiter was super nice and prompt, but the cook needs to find work elsewhere. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni the other ham and pineapple. The pepperoni came, but our waiter said there was a mixup in the kitchen and they had made the other pizza wrong. We waited. Then our waiter went to pick up the second pizza and immediately took it to the manager. The cook had screwed up our order again. We were the only ones in there, so he wasnt swamped with orders, just incompetent. The manager was nice and comped our meal and the waiter apologized. It wasnt their fault. The cook needs to be replaced if he cant do better than that.

This location has been around as long as I can remember, but theyve really stepped their game up over the past year or two. I will order from this Pizza Hut any time Im nearby and craving pizza. Staff works hard, and the Manager (Tom) goes out of his way to promote an enjoyable dining experience. They even have wi-fi, which was a huge plus since I was dining at the restaurant. Highly recommend this location!!! Also, they were in the middle of a huge delivery order (70+ pizzas) for a special event, and still managed to complete my order in a timely manner. Definitely impressive and worthy of consideration for anyone looking to cater a big event!

Their fryer has been down for a week now, and the website finally displays wing now when a while ago it didnt. I order the wings assuming that their employees didnt do something stupid and update the website with misinformation. Naturally I get a call 5 minutes later saying they need to void my payment due to it being incorrect. I ask them if theres any possibility of getting something that costs LESS than what i payed instead. They said they couldnt. Now I am going through the process of replacing my credit card due to the voided payment. Do not ever order from this incompetent bunch.

The whole entire experience was awful. My girlfriend and I arent from the area and we walked into the pizza hut. We wanted to eat in and the guy there was like "take a seat" but in a very unfriendly manner. I know now why we were the only ones in the restaurant. I wish I checked the reviews prior to going to the establishment. The building was extremely dated and dirty. The female who took our order was nice but our initial entry into the pizza hut just gave us a bad vibe about the place. If we lived in Canton we would definitely not do any further business with that Pizza Hut.

My word this place is terrible. From the service to the waiting on food. We live 5 minutes from this location, and every time we order it takes over 2 hours to receive our food, for a simple pizza and cheese sticks!! The man who calls himself the manager, is so un helpful and acts like he has no idea what hes supposed to do when there is an error (which is EVERY ORDER). After complaining to Pizza Hut Corporate, they have no care to respond to our complaint.Needless to say we are now Papa Johns customers.

Had the worst customer service from there I ever had in my life. Its not my fault that you cant keep drivers from walking out. But when someone orders delivery you deliver it to the customer. Not call them and tell them you are canceling there order then hang up on them, then when you go down there to complain you get kicked out of the store by the manager Roger Carter and have the cops threatened to be called on you for complaining!

This is the worst pizza hut ever! They never get my order right. . Im not one to leave a review but this place is the worse. I wish the employees would take there work serious. Yes you are making pizzas but everything you do in life counts. How you conduct yourself at your job and how you treat people will determine your future outcome. Please, please, please for your own future and for your pizza lovers shape up.
