Every single time I go through this drive through something is wrong. It is now a habit to double check everything because there will be something wrong with the order. During my most recent visit, I had placed an order for something with just meat and cheese on it. Not only was my order wrong this time, but the "corrected" item I was just given had everything on it... Again. I didnt realize this until I had gotten home however. I asked before I received it if it just had meat and cheese and was told yep, only meat and cheese, so I felt there was no need to check it. On the receipt it said just meat and cheese, so it was probably the person actually making the food that goofed. If they are this careless with an item that just has meat and cheese on it, Id hate to see what is actually going on in the kitchen with everything else. That or the employees are messing around getting orders wrong on purpose...

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had. Ive lived in Taylor mill about Six months and have been there probably 7 times. They have screwed up my order Everytime. It will only be a 1-3 item order and sure enough every single time it has been wrong. Restaurants in the middle of the hood have more competent people working than this KFC/taco Bell. Stay away. Absolutely horrible

My order is wrong at least half of the times I have ordered and the service is extremely slow. Twice in the last 3 months Ive had o take my drive through order back inside for them to fix. I wouldnt even eat there if it wasnt my one pregnancy craving.
