This is got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to I have given this restaurant multiple chances 4 out of 5 times my order has been wrong last time I went back for them to fix my order there was another girl in there for the same reason that the order was wrong not only do they messed up your order consistently theyre prepared food is nowhere close to what Taco Bell should be sloppily made in a hurry and the employees think its a big joke working there all of this fall squarely on the head of the franchisee owner and the managers they have put in place to run it you would think that being placed right in front of a lucrative subdivision like BridgeMill they would take into consideration the amount of people that potentially could be visiting there again it is the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to

Sunday at 7pm although this is the same experience everything we come. There was one couple in front of us and it took forever to get their and our food as well as eventa key our order. The staff have no personality or motivation. With them taking their time making food you would think it would be right.... Nope. They were out of sweet tea and was told to make another selection because they arent making more(Dont close until 11). I love Taco Bell but this location is the absolute worst.

Worst Taco Bell ever! My god! Waited to place the order cause no one was manning the front then he walked away, ten minutes later someone looked over from drive through and said hello. Told me someone would be over to take my order, I told them someone already took it and they said"wow sorry didnt see it" after another eight minute wait I had a tray tossed down in front of me by the person who took the order. Not one word, just dropped the tray and walked away. SMH

I really hate going to this location. My order is rarely correct, the staff is terrible, and this has to be the slowest "fast food" restaurant in the area. For example, I recently stopped in with a friend on a weekday night. We were the only two people in line, but it took 17 minutes to get our food. I should note that there were 7 employees "working."

Just waited 30 minutes at the drive through window for a small order of nachos, freezes, and cinnabons for my kids. No apology from staff, no effort to accommodate the wait. Nothing. I asked for a way to get in touch with a manager to complain, and he just said he didnt know. Will be going to a different location from now on.

I always check my food before I leave the area but this was the first time I didnt check and they forgot some of my food and by the time I got home I was to far to go back. So always and I mean always look to make sure they gave you what you ordered before you leave.

By far the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to EVERY SINGLE TIME. I thought it might be a fluke the first couple times but kept giving them a shot but boy was I wrong! Ive never waited less than 15 mins in the drivethru or inside, most of the time over 20 mins

With 6 employees it took them 20 min to take 2 orders. No apology and they dont care. No customers were inside and only 4 people were in drive thru. Best off to go to 92 or up Marietta hwy. Oh and they skipped my order...

Great variety being a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. Really cute tall cashier/management girl was really helpful and nice. Food got back so quickly I didnt know what to do with myself. 10/10 would go back.

Employees dont seem to care much. Kitchen never looks clean. When I visited, one of their employees had their young child sitting alone in the dining room screaming and making noises.
