Had the worst experience today. I am a vegetarian and ordered a gumbo bowl. After having a couple of spoons I noticed a big chunk of meat in it. First I showed it to the employee who made the gumbo for me and knew that I wanted vegetarian and the only reaction he gave me was "yes it is meat". I went in the queue again and told them (a different employee this time) that there was meat in their container of gumbo and to replace the container and make me a new bowl, for which i would pay again. Mistakes happen, i understand. It was 9:20PM and I guess they were ready to close and I was told that there was no more gumbo. No offer was made to either reimburse for the food, that I threw away or to make something else for me. I have been here more than 20 times and always thought the staff was a bit rude, but because I loved their gumbo I kept going, but this was the last time. If you are a vegetarian/vegan, make sure to check your food. Or do not go at all.

Its a great place. I went there the day before this review and I thought it really did a better job then chipotle. Im sorry chipotle enthusiasts who care about their chipotle and Starbucks coffee. As well as their ignorant theory of eating GMO free food while eating chipotle is comical. Since I guess the Chipotle founder is convinced that they get GMO free food to serve their supporters and in reality GMO free basically does not exist. So after my visit I declare it is better then chipotle and I rather buy honest and higher quality food. Instead of buying food from a founder who that is a complete moron that is convinced he is highly intellectual individual. Thanks you and good day. Qdoba wins ladies and gentlemen!

This place has gone down hill. I went to the new one in Wichita and Food has minimal flavor and taste "old". You can now get guacamole free as well as whatever else free but they raised prices tremendously. My wife son and I went there and got 2 chicken quesadillas (chicken and cheese only) and a double chicken burrito and it was $27. That same combo at Chipotle is $18. It doesnt matter if they have queso because its watered down and runny to make it last longer. Raising prices and offering free guacamole was to take advantage of the people who dont want that on their food. I learned my lesson, next time Chipotle. I had a similar experience in OKC 3 months ago so thought I would try Wichita and no better.

Went there the first month it was opened and that was the last time Ill go back. We ordered the bowl half steak half chicken, and got 2 pieces of both meats, when my friend asked to make it double meat he got 2 more pieces of both meats. I know food cost is a concern for restaurants, but if Im going to pay for it, I want the correct portions. The staff was less than friendly, and didnt pay attention to my order, I asked for guac on the side, they put it on, I asked for chips with guac and got queso. To top it off the food was terrible. Both meals were wasted. I dont go to Chipotle often, but that is my preference of the two.

They have original decor with an aviation theme against urban industrial. This was the highlight of my visit. Food was decent but it was a bit slow and just doesnt seem like the best value. A lot of these types of places seem like they are trying to be Chipotle when they should try infusing their own style. You know that incessant buzzing that sometimes emanates from fluorescent lights? Well it existed in the dining room and seem to originate from the monster soda dispenser. If they painted the pop machine black it could be the monolith from 2001 a Space Odyssey.

This place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I got the taco salad bowl that was different than the bowls we get at other similar places. The staff was very helpful in selecting ingredients since it was out first time. Over all the food was ok but something seemed off. The guacamole was not as good as I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. I would try this place again due to it being clean and the staff was friendly except the manager needs to crack a smile.

We go to Qdoba restaurants in Eagan and Eden Prairie MN as well as the one in Phoenix. Always order the same chicken Burrito and a Mango salad when in season. Never had a bad Buritto until eating at this specific restaurant. Everything was so watered down that the tast was terrible. The Queso cheese sauce tasted like dish water. All the components to my burrito and my wifes taco salad were terrible. Its clear to me that the owner is scrimping to save money. BTW, he was behind the counter.

Salsa and guacamole are not fresh! Called the store and spoke with a manager to let him know that the tomatoes were spoiled as was the avocados. And he smarts off that "It was made fresh this morning." Not anything that a manager would say. I told him the tomatoes were spoiled, and he hung up. Dont waste your time or money going here.

5 star because this place is a franchise (we all know that small business are what really drive increase in jobs) and the food is really good :). To the person who rated this place a 1 star... yes the line isnt very quick yet... but idk how you expect people to be experts in their job only after a couple of weeks of working? Grow up...

If there is a Chipotle with in 2 miles no reason to go. Cons : SLOW service, small portions, less flavor than Chipotle. Pricing isnt acceptable. Pros : Better than Freebirds, steak is really good, large seating area. Order ($9 even): Burrito Bowl, White Rice, Black Beans, Steak, Salsa Verde, Corn Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese.

Been there twice. Once was just okay...good flavor but very little meat and queso. Second time ordered the queso burrito and it had ZERO queso on it. I want to like this place but theyre making it difficult.

While waiting in line I noticed several cockroaches . One was right next to me in line. The other was hovering over the prep station. Since we saw two theres big possibility theres more. Not very appetizing.

Went to the branch on rock and central in Wichita. Food is really good. The balding manager on duty however is always very rude with customers. Really ruined the experience. Might as well shift to chipotle.
