Went yesterday for yellow receipt day. Got $40 worth of food for free! I can think of no other fast food restaurant or for that matter any restaurant that is doing something like this. When we got there the place was packed. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the line inside was thru the little mouse maze rope and to the playground door. The line moved really fast, they had about 35 people working. All this on a day when they give away so much food for free. Everyone had a good attitude even under the pressure of so many people. My food order was ready and on the counter before my cashier could even finish discounting my meal. Chick Fil A has their act together for sure. Great food and even better service, keep it up! Also, I tried the app last week and it works really good. You can even earn free food on it too!

Completely embarrassed! I waited in the drivethru for over 15 minutes, get to the window and they handed me my food and took my card.. i even put the straw in my drink.. for some reason my card was not working, i checked my account on the app and i had money... i was already running late for work but instead of letting me bring them cash back during my lunch, they took my food AND drink back... i was so embarrassed... as much food as they give away, that $4.97 must have meant that much to them.. needless to say, i will never go back to that location

While I was eating my food I saw another customer get up look for a fork. There was a Chick Fil A employee who was on break and got up, got him a fork, and told him it was a pleasure to serve him. He sat back down and continued to eat. I dont know of another place that would do this. Employee: Michael There was another employee cleaning tables and when I asked he politely identified Michael and gave me Michaels name. Employee: Austin Michael and Austin are awesome. This makes me want to come back again and again.

It is truly not their pleasure to help you. The staff was all young and giggling back behind the counter. The girl who took our order didnt offer any sauces and gave us looks like we were bothering her by asking for our food and sauces. I come to Chick-fil-A for the great food and insanely polite and friendly customer service yet this location greatly lacked on the latter.

Anyone who loves this chain knows what to expect, the chick-fil-a classic sandwich is perfect everytime. I posted for this location because the staff (especially Marcel who rang me up) are extra helpful/friendly. The double-lane drive-thru is great. I gave 4 stars because the company sadly stopped making the carrot & raisin salad and theyre closed on Sunday.

Girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude! The fact I waited a while then was handed the wrong order was no concern of hers. In fact she gave a huge attitude! The girl taking the order even told her the order was wrong! Thankfully the acting manager was very nice and she was sorry it even happened! Some people shouldnt interact with the public!

I just got home with my sons food and his order is wrong...2nd time either something is missing from the order or the order is wrong. Tried calling and no answer. Not that close from our house to just drive back to get order corrected. But I paid more for what I received smh..Not ok when you have a hungry child and he doesnt get his whole meal.

This location gets a TON of traffic. There is plenty of staff and it appeared to me that they were focused and working hard, but expect a slightly longer than average wait in the drive through considering how many people hit this place during prime hours. Even at busy times, the wait inside has never been significant.

This Chick-fil-A is kinda stingy, they refuse to make exceptions if want your wrap made differently. The food has always been on par, and the owner is kind, however the lead manager is quite cruel and unwilling to make the customer happy if you want a wrap with no tomatoes or different chicken.

My 4 year old son fell in the play area and got a huge bump on his head with blood everywhere. The owner was sitting two tables away and didnt even bother to come over and see if he was okay. On top of that, it was the dirtiest Chick-fil-a we have ever been in. We were very disappointed.

Great staff. The food is always brought out quickly and is hot. Their chicken is very flavorful whether you get it fried or grilled. Great coffee and soft drinks are not stingy on the syrup. Their waffle fries are always just the right - not too soggy or crispy. Clean.

So my food is consistently old. Today I got the watermelon mint lemonade and even though this means its fresh, I shouldnt be choking on seeds! Look how many there are! I swallowed 2 before looking. The costumer service in the drive is awful!

I LOVE this Chic-fil-a. If I dont know what to eat, I just go here. Employees are great, food is always fresh and out fast, lines are quick, and its always support clean. They also recently renovated, and the new interior is really nice!

Me and my grandmother love this fine establishment! Its so clean, and the service is so friendly. We can sit and eat without any disruptions, and they provide help since my grandmother is ESL. We will continue to come to the location.

It tastes just like any other CFA but by far the slowest one ever. Slow enough to put my makeup on and write this review two times at 3 pm on Saturday. Even has double lines and still slow.

Can be an issue with drive thru staff listening to your order and you getting what youve ordered. Also the drive thru can be slow at critical times.
