I usually have not that great of service at this dairy queen (they forget things that Ive ordered, make things the wrong way, etc.) but the last time I was here they went above and beyond to deliver terrible service. When ordering drinks, they were out of ice tea, no apology. When we pulled up to the window, they said they were out of bacon for the bacon cheeseburger. Maybe Im just too cheap, but I said "Are you going to give me a price adjustment? That price includes bacon." And the girl just looks at me like Im an idiot and doesnt change the price. We have to pull forward because theyre slow, and then they forget to give us our ice cream (forgot to even MAKE the ice cream) and we have to go around and park because the drive-thru line is long, and and re-order the ice cream! Meanwhile, no apologies, no were sorries, nothing. Considering that they serve mediocre food at this location (and you never know if theyll make it right) and the service being terrible, I would avoid this location at all costs.

Was trying to order my very first cake for a very special person and special occasion. I was told to hurry up and order because they were busy and there were only 2 people working. I asked if I could figure it out and call back shortly, which I did. Once I called back, I got the SAME attitude. All I wanted to do was order a simple birthday cake. I think I will just make my own cake now!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for saving me $24.00 (I can buy a box mix and a tub of frosting for $2.00!!!) I highly reccommend REPLACING your staff with more customer oriented staff!

Honestly wouldnt even give them one star, the people who work there are idiots, waited 20min for our order which was just a number 6 and 9 came out with a bag that wasnt even close to our order went back in told them we got the wrong order and they laugh.. Like really? Said hed have to remake it cause our order was given too someone else. Asked for a refund instead, but they were still too busy laughing about someone getting extra food. Terrible service, maybe thats why we have very few dqs

Just had their 4 chicken strip $3.99 special for lunch plus a Pepsi all for $6 even. The chicken strip lunch had a bowl of gravy which was great and unexpected. They brought it out to my table nice and hot. I was full when I finished and compared to some of the $9 and even $10 lunches Ive recently had think it was the MUCH better deal. I highly recommend the Chicken Strip special, I think youll be glad you gave DQ a shot at lunch.

I used the drive through, and it went well enough. We wanted dip cones, but the ice cream was too soft to make them. They asked first, I agreed...too have them served upside down in a cup with the dip poured over. It was just not as satisfying. I also ordered qt sized ice cream. Which was given to me in a paper bag. I had to ask for a plastic bag since the paper bag was too flimsy, and was tearing.

Things are looking up! This store has been remodeled and looks SO much better. Very clean. Under new ownership and it shows! So glad our DQ has had a face lift. We have been here a couple times with our family since the remodel (before we would only use the drive thru) and enjoy having an ice cream treat inside. Cant wait to enjoy the new patio area soon. Lookin Good DQ!

My experience was quite the opposite. My food was hot and fresh. I had a four piece chicken basket it was just what i expected. It took a few extra minutes and I was asked to pull a head so they could service the cars behind me but they were polite and it was a positive experience I will continue to shop there and would recommend it to everyone.

This Dairy Queen and the one in Augusta do a great job! Order the 5 buck lunch and upgrade to a blizzard for just a buck more. You choose between an awesome A1 burger with cheese or 3 chicken fingers, plus get fries, drink and a sundae. Best $5-6 meal out there.

Love this Dairy Queen. The people are very friendly. When I took my kids for dinner after 5 they still let me have the happy hour price. Plus they gave up free ice cream cones on the first day of spring. How awesome is that.

My adolescent son didnt like the A-Sauce (he only took a small bite) and asked the clerk if he could trade it for something else. She said no. I know she didnt have to, but it would have been nice if she did.

DQ has the best soft serve! The A1 cheeseburger was tasty but small. Fries were fresh. The chicken strips were yummy, especially with the gravy to dip them in! The staff were friendly and polite.
