Whats not to love about Chick-fil-A?! Except maybe that they arent open on Sundays? I love their food, their coffee drinks, and their lemonades. The staff are the friendliest people youll find in town. The restaurant is always clean, albeit busy. The small vases of flowers on each table are a nice touch. On my most recent visit they were having problems with their ordering intercom at the drive through, so there were girls standing outside taking orders on tablets, being as pleasant as ever, despite the warm temperatures they were enduring. My only problem with this place is their play place. Its small, which is fine, but parents arent required to watch their kids. I find a lot of kids in there are much too big to be in such an area and are setting bad examples, behaviorally, for the younger kids. It seems to be a problem every single time we go. For that reason, we tend to use the drive through more often than go play and endure the bad behavior of other kids.

While I am not impressed with their chicken sandwiches or their prices I am very impressed with their customer service. Restaurant owners would be wise to look towards Chick-fil-as customer service as a model for their own businesses. When they took my order they were very polite and didnt have that "hurry up and order" tone that you find with most drive-throughs. They repeated back the order to ensure accuracy and the order was indeed accurate. What impressed me the most is when my card didnt swipe properly through their machine they gave me my whole order for free. For that purpose alone I went back a second time. My card swiped and I paid for my order. As before they were very polite but the chicken sandwich is not impressive at all for the over priced tag.

Do NOT go here for breakfast unless you are a gambler. Heres the thing, I LOVE Chick-fil-As spicy chicken biscuit, when its reasonably fresh. The fresh part is the random luck part. Sometimes I go and get a fresh biscuit with a fresh chicken breast on it and its awesome sauce. Other times (seems more often than not lately) I get what was at one point in time a biscuit but now more closely resembles the properties of a hockey puck with a chewy piece of chicken on it. To add to matters they manage to run out of coffee during the morning rush hour! Its happened to me three times now! They use the insulated coffee pots with a sight glass, how difficult is it to start a new pot once the current one is down to half-ish?

Man i love that place, quality of food is excellent and customer service has been good too. Only thing i dont like is that i cant go there that often because them lines have been crazy since they opened. I waited 40 minutes on opening night around 8pm. Never would have thought id be waiting that long but lines were crazy. Longest drive through i have ever waited through. You wouldnt catch me doing that in Barfonalds (Mcdonalds) drive thru.

Service is always fast, friendly, and AMAZING in general. Chick-fil-a has raised my fast food expectation bar. My food is always great, hot, and served within a couple of minutes of ordering. They also impress me with the tactics they employee to combat busy times like sending employees into the drive through with menus and the ability to take payment. Everything they do is to make the customer experience fantastic, and they succeed in spades!

Havent really had a problem before but this visit was a little odd. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (#2) and received a regular chicken sandwich without cheese lettuce or tomato. When I took it up to get a new sandwich they gave me a slice of cheese to put on the sandwich myself. Very irritated and confused to say the least. But like I said I usually have a pleasant experience here so maybe there was just some confusion on both sides?

Okay this place is amazing! By far the best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. The service was extraordinary. Every employee said, my pleasure, after serving you. There is an employee going around refilling drinks and taking trash. Dont let the line scare you, there are 4 registers inside and they were quick go serve us. Love the Christian atmosphere. Definitely a mist try for all.

Great food but most importantly fantastic people. Im not sure what they feed their employees but Ive never been to an establishment where the employees genuinely as nice as they are at Chick-fil-A. It doesnt seem to matter which one you go to they are all stuffed with extremely friendly employees. It seems to me that customers really do come first.

The staff here are the friendliest in town. If more companies trained like this one, there would be a lot more happy people in Wichita. I love how attentive they are... The service experience feels more like full service than fast food. I also am always impressed that while enjoying lunch a staff member typically volunteers to refresh my drink.

I HATE WHEN PEOPLE MESS UP MY ORDER. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken and received two peices of bread with a chicken in the center nothing else. How hard is it to put tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and cheese on a sandwich...? oh and the food is great hence the reason im still gonna eat what I got. Also because service is too slow to go back...

We always go through the Drive-Thru and I must say, the person that takes your order and the one who serves you at the window are THE MOST polite people I have EVER encountered at any restaurant! And the order is ALWAYS correct, no having to go back because they gave you the wrong sandwich. The food is ALWAYS hot and tasty! Love this place!

Their original chicken sandwich is my favorite item here, and the service couldnt be quicker or friendlier whether going through the drive through or eating inside the restaurant. Its fun to come here with kids because they like the food and the play area. Im not a fan of the fries here. Many times theyre not cooked enough to be crisp.

Best possible customer service..my son left a card there that was given to him by his grandmother..and they mailed it back to us with a little note..I thought that was the most thoughtful thing anyone could ever do...they litterly took time out of their day to mail a card back to a customer that lost it..thank you Guys so very much!

Some of the best fast food around. Their classic chicken sandwich is obviously delicious, and a must try if youve never had it. I also cant recommend the grilled chicken cool wrap enough. Its a great option if youre on a diet. Just watch the sauce.

Drive thru was so slow. Opened 2nd lane. And started helping only the 2nd lane while three cars a in lane one sat there. I just changed from a 1 to a 4 because they gave my order for free. Have to admit, the friendly service saved the day

Daughter is in a wheelchair. We played tetrus in the bathroom to get her into the stall. Bathroom is not good for someone in a wheelchair. And to top it off they store high chair outside the bathroom. Makes it hard to get in and out.
