Choices, choices, and more choices; thats what Smashburger is all about. I was a bit skeptical when I first thought about trying this this place as Im not found of most burger joints these days. However, Im very glad I did! As soon as I walked in I knew Id made the right choice. The wait staff greeted me immediately and the young lady at the counter made sure I understood the menu to its entirety before ordering. I ordered the jalapeño BBQ Smashburger with rosemary fries with a peanut butter cup milkshake and all I have to say is wow!! I was blown away with the flavor of everything! I think what I liked the most about this place was the quality of ingredients they used. All the veggies on the burger were fresh including the jalapeños, which were freshly sliced as well. They use egg buns, which have a distinct flavor compared to your traditional sesame bun. They also have sweet potato fries on the menu! (Saving those for the next time I visit!) Smashburger pays very close attention to detail in every aspect their restaurant experience; they are very modern but very simplistic at the same time. Without a doubt I give them 5 stars!!

I normally dont do this but, the service at this location has gone down tremendously in the past several months. The staff seems bothered by customers. On my visit, the salad I ordered wasnt even prepared correctly and when I asked about it, no one cared to fix it. The salad was supposed to come with guacamole and tomatoes (as per the menu, not a special request) The salad only had a teaspoon of tomatoes and no guacamole. A simple fix would have been to put a little guacamole. The girl just said thats the way the kitchen makes it and did nothing. The shift lead did not speak to any patrons while walking through the seating areas of the restaurant (something that used to happen all the time). Called to speak to the manager several days later, and someone claimed to be the general manager. He was not. He lied to me. I found out when the actual general manager called me back.

Very expensive place just to add an order of fries for $ 4 .... seriously ??? More apart from your hamburger. The workers need to be cleaner the guy who took my order had to wipe his nose that esa so disgusting. Muy caro el lugar solo por agregar una orden de papas fritas por $4 .... en serio??? Más aparte de tu hamburguesa. Los trabajadores necesitan estar más limpios el chico que tomaba mi orden tenía q limpiarse la nariz que asco.

The staff was not friendly at all and had horrible customer service. The establishment was incredibly dirty, and there was food all over the floor. That was almost enough to make me leave, but I decided to give Smashburger the benefit of the doubt because I had heard they had great food. Then the person that I was dining with and I received cold fries and one of our orders was messed up. We requested a refund and went to the Jersey Mikes down the street. (WAY BETTER.) Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. Especially considering the food is so overpriced. I will never be returning.

Havent ate out in a while but today I decided to. The ppl were nice and the food was tasty, but I didnt understand why there was an employee just standing behind the counter close to where we were sitting and I couldnt help but notice he was just starring off outside.. It was just uncomfortable eating my food with him in the corner of my eye. I figure if youre gonna stand around and text AND have it on loud... Youd be in the back? Not in front of customers. There were only a couple of tables but still. I thought it was rude.

Love their food! Great selection of burgers and sides...the fries are awesome. Overall we normally have a really good experience and we enjoy eating here. But...with that said, it all seems a little pricey to me for what you get here. I hate paying the bill here when we only got burgers and fries. On the brighter side, the place is always extremely clean and well maintained inside and out including the restroom, and the employees are always friendly and welcoming.

Decided to finally try this place, wish I wouldnt have. Waited in line 20 min to place my to go order, because they were only allowed to have the 1 register open. Then took another 20-30 minutes to get our food, got home and both burgers were wrong and our fries and haystacks were not fresh at all. Not sure who was in charge, I didnt see anyone working that looked over the age of maybe 18. I wont be going back!!

The food service was TERRIBLE. It took forever to get our burgers, let alone our fries, heck, we were done with our burgers before we got our fries. Then we got our shakes 20 minutes after we got our burgers. The staff was NOT pleased with their customers and did not seem like they wanted to be there. Do not eat here! I suggest you going to subway next door

I like the alternative smashburger offers. I dont go here for "regular" burgers. For that I have 5 guys... but when Im craving a "specialty" burger, this is where we go. Also, the sweet potato fries here are the best compared to others. Again, this cant be compared to other shops because its not apples to apples.

First time Ive ever been to Smashburger. Heard the food was great, but this restaurant is filthy (chunks of food on the floor, tile that looks like it hasnt been mopped in a week, booth backs with dried food, bathrooms distgusting). Not to mention theyve messed up my custom burger. Well never come again.

While the food quality and service were not "bad" it was simply not worth the price. 8.50 for a burger and fries when you could get a better burger and cheaper from whataburger (or even BJs). It also took almost 15 minutes to make the mediocre burger. Would definitely not recommend.

Waited 20 mins to try an order. No one ever came to the registers. When I called to try and get someones attention a guy answered and proceeded to fake a bad connection then hang up. I know he was faking it because I could here him in the back as I was standing at the register.

Great shakes and burgers. Prices are a little high for this type of place; its hard to spend less than $20 for two people. Make sure to ask for extra mushrooms if you order them, because you wont get hardly any. Oreo shake is a must. Staff seems to be very friendly.

I have been here a few times now and love the burgers and smash fries. On Saturday I brought out of town guests and we all got overly salted burgers. I dont know who was working the grill that day but they need to address this. I could barely taste anything else

Ive been having the club burger and its the best burger Ive ever had. Have been to Five Guys, Fudruckers and never had a burger so succulent and the avocado was fresh and the fries were perfect too. Ive been three times and its quality has not wavered.
