First time i went food was great service was good but towards the end of my meal i noticed a black hair (short like a mans hair) on the side of the styrofoam to go plate, did not make a big deal since it did not touch the food.....Went back today placed a fairly large order for the office got to the office and we are missing a combo, so i go back to let them know and right off the back the cashier is getting snippy and the cook is questioning her to see if she checked the order when we picked up they go back and forth in front of me, the whole time she is making it seem like i am lying and that there was indeed the correct amount of food picked up, Anyway so i get back to the office and again i find a hair in my food. Needless to say i am extremely disappointed with the place, no point in even letting them know.Overall food is good but customer service is a fail as well as the prepping of food if the same black hair appears in the food.....so we will not be ordering from this place again. BACK TO AMERICAN DELI even if it is a little further of a drive.

I dont normally write reviews of restaurants, but I cant help but comment because previous reviews influenced my decision to try this place. Im not even sure how one can call this place amazing. I bit into the burger and immediately knew that my burger was previously frozen. When I say, frozen, I dont mean McDonalds or Wendys frozen, I mean the big box of frozen patties that can be found in the warehouse clubs, box stores or discount grocery stores. I could not even finish my burger and left the frozen french fries in the basket.

Customer service was excellent everyone was very nice and polite they did get my order wrong but it wasnt the end of the world I ate it anyways Burger tasted different than any Burger Ive ever had could not put my finger on it it was good I ate half of it but could not finish was scared I would get a stomach ache from the weird taste not sure if it was a different seasoning or the way they cook it,didnt want to take the chance. onion rings were delicious and so were French fries place was clean,would try again.

I have been to this place before and I used to think the burgers were truly amazing! Although today I went and ordered a double amazing burger and so did my co-worker and it was not good at all. The meat was definitely NOT fresh, it honestly kind of grossed me out. I dont know why they changed. I do enjoy their other food items like the fried Tilapia. They need to change the burger back to what it was a year ago...

Heard great things about this place so had to check it out for ourselves. DONT be fooled by the outside! Love the fact that you can order a burger, wings, fried rice and crab rangoons all from the same establishment. Pleases everyone in our family! Yes, the convenience is nice but the food IS amazing. My Philly cheesesteak was the best Ive had outside of Philly. Definitely recommend!

Best Burgers ever. It took a while for me to review so that I could make sure the consistency was there, which is is. Time after times these burgers are delicious. The bread taste good enough to eat alone. The ingredients are fresh and the meat has good flavor to it. You really get your moneys worth. The portions are so large you could really share a burger with someone else.

As I was passing by the main road after work, I called and asked if they had turkey burgers. I Came in got the turkey burger not knowing anything about the place. I got in my car and noticed how good it smelled. Moral of the story I didnt even make it out of the parking lot, I murderered that turkey burger. I will be back. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

They got some awesome burgers! Their fried rice wasnt all that good though. I also tried their sweet potato fries and onion rings but wasnt as good as fries. Their fries arent the best either, but at least better than other side options. I mostly go to this place for burgers, and their Asian burger is quite awesome.

This place is awesome! Every time I come here everyone is super nice and the food is...well....Amazing! Their burgers are sooooooooo good. This place is by far my favorite place in Duluth! Seriously, you can get a great burger and fried rice in the same place! Its like a stoner s paradise!

I had the bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger l, while Big tasted like a frozen patty they served in the school cafeteria. The fries were obviously frozen, & the sweet tea was bland. Customer service was good and the establishment was clean. The food was not good. Will not return.

Today was my first time visiting Amazing Burger and it was just that, Amazing! Everything tasted so fresh. I didnt think my burger would be all that big, because my bag was pretty light but the burger was huge! This is definitely my new burger spot here in the Duluth area

I ordered the same fish and fries for months, but for the past 3 weeks the order was not fresh...especially today, the fish had a fowl smell and taste. The wings were overdone, and the fries soaked in oil, as in double fried. Today was my last time going to this place.

Amazing? Not really, but definitely good. The large fries is actually big enough for 2 people! The inside is pretty quaint (reminds me of restaurants in Korea). The staff is very friendly and cheerful. Id choose this over McDonalds/Burger King any day!

Ive been a 5 guys fan for years, today I tried amazing burguer and I was not disappointed! Great tasting burger and prices are not bad. They only have 8 tables to sit and gets busy at lunch time. I recommend this place to any burguer fan out there.

The most aesthetically pleasing burger Ive ever eaten. Actually represents the food on the pictures and it comes with good flavor. Definitely recommend it, but the dining area can get fairly crowded if too many people visit.

At work, the company bought Amazing Burger for everyone. I had an Amazing double bacon burger and it was the best burger I had in my life. The fries were top notch and everything was fresh. Going personally now!
