We usually hit the Mexican food truck in Perry, but it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Two blocks away is this place so we thought we would give it a shot. We ordered our food "to go" and got it for about about $10.00 person. We waited about 20 minutes and were out the door. The owner is from Honduras so the spices were a little broader than Mexican peppers and cilantro. I had steak and tounge tacos, my wife had tacos that were stuffed with cheese and chicken. All of it very tasty. The Green sauce was more herbal fresh than spicy so make sure you get that with your order. We will definitely be back soon. Jeff

Horrible, the 2 drinks we had were great other than that for 2 adults and 2 children was charged over 100 bucks when the waiter asked the lady how it was so much she spoke in another language then sent him away. Not a good way to do business in my opinion, not many places to eat in Perry and for service like this we will never go back or recommend to others, 1 waitress was outright rude.. taco salad, gorditos and 2 hot dogs 100 bucks nope never again.. horrivle horrible horrible

I was super excited about this place until the waitress came to serve us. She had a bad attitude and was super short with us. There were several items on the menu that I had never seen before; refreshing for someone who is tired of the same old Americanized Mexican food. The portions were decent sized but the dishes didnt have any sides, which I suppose is ok. Regardless of the staff issues, Ill be coming back for more.

Took over 45 minutes to get our food with only 2 other customers in there. The food was Ok. The waitress was rude. Never came back to check on our food, bring a box or the check. When I asked for a box I was treated like I was really bothering the two other employees who were standing around chatting. Terrible customer service with mediocre food.

As others have said, food was excellent, service, not so much. The man we think was the owner kept staring at us as if to say "Who are you? I dont know you. What are you doing in my restaurant?" Thats because were from out of town, Cuz. We came because of the good Google reviews. Go for the food. Yummy.

Food was mediocre and drinks were terrible! Spent $10 on a margarita with no liquor in it. And it was way too sour..For two meals and two drinks it was was $40.00.. Was worth $10.00 all together.. If I was billed $10.00 I wouldnt be some upset.. Service was good though.

The food is fresh and very tasty. The homemade tortillas are nice and thick. They have this green sauce that is good on everything. You can buy it to take with you - great on eggs. Not a very fancy place, but they deliver where it counts.

Not bad. I enjoyed the pupusa. We drove out from DSM to explore Perry and some local eateries. Place was clean and menu had a variety choices. Id come back again.
