This chain establishment is/has been my wife & Is "FAVORITE" eatery... bar none! Last night (Friday July 20, 2012) was the absolute worst experience weve EVER experienced (at ANY restaurant), leaving us very angry, dissatisfied & disappointed that it would be Olive Garden for such an experience to occur. To start the waitress was extremely slow, unkempt and extremely disorganized. My daughter waited over 15 mins for a drink refill, we had to ask 3 times (twice to her & once to another waiter) for the refill. We were brought a soggy salad, NO breadsticks - being told that the restaurant was out but more were being made...this went on throughout the facility as we overheard this repeatedly stated at other tables for the enitre duration of our visit. My soup was (literally) the bottom of the barrel... no potatoes or greens, very little meat & extremely salty and perhaps 1/4 bowl full... our explanantion was (as my wife & I immediately noticed that it appeared "different") "it seems theyve robbed all the meat & potatoes out of the Zuppa; but when mores made Ill bring you out some more" - (verbatim)...[why was it even brought out to me in such subpar standards & manners]. My Stuffed Chicken Marsala was burnt (literally) & extremely dry, the Seafood Brodetta was basically tasteless. Customers seated next to us complained of the foods tastelessness as well... we observed there waiter simply walk away with a smirk on his face while mumbling something and giving rude eye movements; whereas the patrons could not observe this. The mens restroom reeked of urine, water & urine covered the floor along with discarded paper. ABSOLUTELY a nightmare, the worst dining experience my family & I have EVER experienced & as stated above, so sad & disappointed that it would be Olive Garden! STAY AWAY from this (particular) restaurant... others in the south metro Atlanta area are great... this place is a joke, by NO means the quality or standards expected at any Olive Garden... simply note the ratings on the other reviews! BEWARE & be WARNED if you dare go... corporate should seriously intervene here, this place is a disgrace!

Second time visiting this location within the past month. I love Olive Garden soup and salad. The customer service was not good for the second time!!! On top of that the food was not good. I ONLY KNOW THIS BECAUSE I USED TO WORK HERE. The Zuppa toscana lacked pertinent ingredients. The pasta fagiola had no noodles. The bread was slightly burned and the salad was made with no care. I could tell. I noticed how others were greeted properly, I on the other other hand was asked if this was to go or dine in. Really? Assuming because I dined alone. Then I noticed how one guest can take so much attention that the server loses focus. Im so disappointed because i feel like I have to go to buckhead or drive to another location for quality service. If I come and dine and only order water and mozzarella sticks, that deserves excellent customer service. If chick fil a was open on sundays I would have left and went there. No worries, I will not be going back to this location. By the way the first time I had a long piece of hair in my salad in my plate. Meaning after I rotated the ingredients I place a portion on my plate. The manager just smiled and apologized. Too many places to eat...not here tho. Low customer service and low morale. All about tips. I left $1.50 on $14.60 on purpose.

No major complaints. We were seated right away and the server came to the table promptly. He also came by the table to check on us and to bring more water as we were dining. My companion and I both ordered the same thing: the lunch version of Chicken Sorrento. The flavor was good, but the portion was laughably--literally, laughably--small. Ive never seen anything like it. I said, "I dont know whether to eat it or lick it and place it on an envelope." I realize that lunch plates tend to have smaller portions than dinner plates. But this was $11.99 for a portion of chicken that was cardboard thin and perhaps 1/2 the diameter of an average boneless breast. This was served with choice of soup or salad (we each had one of these), both of which were OK, and a small pile of roasted vegetables. The dish was touted as low calorie--under 570 calories--and one can certainly see why! A hamburger chains sloppiest, greasiest, sauciest, greasiest cheeseburger is a low calories meal if the portion is miniscule enough. The restaurant itself was not so bad, but I hardly think well be ordering this entree again if we return!

I go to this olive garden all of the time. I love the food there. I recently tried the ravioli de portobello. I loved it. I got it again last week and everything was great except the raviolis filling. The filling usually is minced mushrooms and onion in a creamy filling. The past 2 times I have ordered it it was big chunks of mushroom and the chunks were not even cooked all of the way. It was gross. I called the restaurant tonight before I ordered it for first time since then. I told the manager the problem. She told me that they get the ravioli frozen already made and that there was nothing she could do. In my opinion if costumers are telling you that your product sucks you fix it or tell some one who can.I still ordered them hoping that they were better this time. They were not. I do not want to go there anymore until they fix it and I would not recommend that you go and order this until they do.

No stars. Walked in waitress is flirting with 2 older men at the door. Came here for date which I thought wouldve been perfect. After arriving ordered food everything still good, waiter took a minute to being bread and salad but I could overlook that. I ordered my food 8- 10 minutes later she comes back and says theyre out of what i ordered. the date went bad because the service and communication is awful between kitchen and waiters. Then receive the check she charges us both for salad . I ate 1 bowl that was free with the order I wanted but after she said they were out of the food I came for I stopped. (Not my fault the kitxhen was out or that she wasnt sure of what was available. Shouldnt have been charged for a salad. Do not spend your money here. Choose another olive garden. My date Asked for dressing to go . We sat there for close to 9 minutes walked out without it.

Best service ever! Each time I come here I specifically request a server by the name of Brittany due to her outstanding and consistent customer service shes given every single time. Im one of those people who hates to make multiple request at one time bc I hate to be a bother. I love the fact that Brittany anticipates my needs as a customer. I even came on a day that I wasnt my usual chipper self but Brittanys personality and excellent customer service actually helped to improve my mood and day! She truly is a genuine person and an asset to this company and I will definitely be returning to sit in her section! Thank you Brittany for being a gem! Cant wait to come back!

We had not booked a table and had not realized how popular this restaurant was, so we therefore had a long wait. Entertained at the bar with the tablet games/ quizzes. When seated we were served quickly and server took orders straight away, as we had already decided what to eat during our wait. A large salad and breadsticks were brought out to start, which were very tasty. We had a variety of meals, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed....no room for dessert ! Server brought refills of drinks any time they were getting low and all requests made were seen to very quickly. Tables nicely spaced out...nice not to be sitting on top of other people.
