If you want pizza, go to Caseys on first street, or Kum & Go. One thing has improved since my last visit. They have delivery, BUT its a joke. For some silly reason, This LOCALLY OWNED, NOT FRANCHISE Pizza Hut cant figure out how long it takes to deliver a pizza, so they dont give estimates. Perry Iowa is only 2 square miles. You may wait over an hour to receive your food if you live less than a mile away. This place has gone in the toilet. Service is terrible i walked in to see employees sitting in the dining room and one was eating. It took 5 minutes for someone to approach my table to take my order. The order was wrong, portions wrong, and i never received napkins or silverware. I visited the bathroom, but turned right around once i got in there. WOW. Just, Wow. While i was there i seen a customer stand at the counter and wait 15 minutes to pay for his carry out pizza that was already done cooking and boxed up when he arrived, and there was only one person in line in front of him. They also do not recognize any coupons, or accept online orders. Expect to pay over $15 for a single topping large pizza. I will never return, and will never recommend.

This place doesnt deserve any stars. When walking into the store, the employees were sitting down laughing. They continued to laugh after they told us to sit down. One employee came over and asked us what we wanted. At this time the two other employees that were sitting down decided to go in the back and make the pizza. While waiting for the pizza, the employees are outside doing who knows what. The youngest employee comes back in and says oh! And gets our pizza out and starts cutting without using any gloves. I have never had any bad experience at any other restaurant. This is the worst and Im never coming back again.

Nothing I liked. Order pizza and then I show up to get it and it not made because they run out of stuff and dont call to tell you and then want me to wait long for something different. This has happened before it closed and know after it reopened under new owners nothing has changed in over 4 years. I will probably never go back I would rather order from Caseys at least they dont run out of things to make your pizza and it ready when they say it would be. So the pizza hut in perry doesnt impress me at all. They might want make some big changes if they want it to stay open. It keeps going it wont be.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had. And its happened twice now. I walked in and sat down, waited 15 min for a menu, after it took almost 30 min for my food, I was never even brought a bill. Had to get my own box for my leftovers AND I was overcharged. Nothing was done about it and they never even apologized. I will not return and will bring my business elsewhere. Dissatisfied isnt even the word to describe my experience today. I also was not the only customer who had to complain to the manager in the time I was there

Terrible, dont waste your time. I called to place an order for 5 pizzas but asked about one of the advertised deals and they said they didnt honor that deal. I guess that is their loss, I will not give them a second chance to earn my business and I dont understand why they dont want to grow their business and do what ever they can to get it. I drove by there at 12:05 in the afternoon so peak lunch hour and there were two cars in the parking lot so the other residents of this town get it and dont patronize them either.

Worst experience ever. Waited almost 15 minutes to pay for my carryout order (which was sitting out on the counter, getting cold, instead of in the warmer) when there was only ONE customer in front of me. She was even willing to let me go in front of her to pay real fast. To top it off the guy making the pizzas was NOT wearing gloves and was touching his clothes and everything else. EWW.

This establishment doesnt deserve any stars due to poor customer service, lack of leadership overall, and blatant disregard for the well being of their customers. This establishment has lost many customers for these reasons stated above before and after their remodel. Ive put up and even corrected their mistakes with my orders and the way I was treated, but now i am no longer a repeat customer.

All tables dirty. Lousy service. Waited forever for food. Another table didnt even get their pizza. Serving was roughly 1/2 of what it was a couple months ago. Charged an extra $1.50 for mushrooms and the slices wouldnt have even made a 1/2 mushroom if put together. Had to ask for silverware. Probably not going back.

This hut has really picked up the pace over the last few years. What was once the worst pizza in town now is my go to pizza place. Thanks to whatever/whoever made this change.
