When you state that you serve authentic Mexican food dont offer chalupas in the menu and consider your cuisine authentic. When your only choice of tacos are chicken or ground beef dont consider yourself authentic. This place is a disgrace to Mexican food. Change your name to taco johns Cuando el restaurante dicta que sirven comida auténticamente mexicana y salen con chalupas no se consideren auténticos. Cuando me ofrecen solamente pollo o carne molida no se digan que son auténticos. Este lugar es una desgracia ala comida mexicana, cambiense el nombre a taco johns

Not sure about Mr. Woods complaints, as my wife and I visited here when her family was visiting from Japan. We experienced nothing of the sort and had fantastic service along with an excellent meal. You get a lot of food for the price. I spoke with one of the owners, and yes we both agree that it is not like you would find in the heart of Mexican country. However, I challenge anyone to find authentic Mexican without going to a small town in Mexico. Sam, my suggestion to you would be...go to Mexico and then compare. You will be surprised. End result...this is a fantastic mexican restaurant, especially for being in the Midwest.

This place is so disgusting!!! First of all, they served me turned Rose wine. I almost spit out that mouthful of vinegar. Second, the service is super slow and the food is gross. No seasoning or flavor whatsoever. Overcooked rice. Slimy enchiladas. Seriously....why do people come here?

The food was alright, definitely not to the normal authentic Mexican that I like, but if Im hungry I wouldnt turn it down. The prices are a little high. The employees at helpful and it have a good view.

Meh. Wasnt bad, but certainly wasnt "authentic Mexican food" as advertised on the door. Standard American Tex-Mex fare with a focus on "combo plates" rather than more traditional cuisine.

Have been there about 7-8 times. Service has always been fast (even when crowded). Prices and food quality are in line with expectations for this standard Mexican type restaurant.
