My service was the worst Ive ever had anywhere. When ordering Dottie didnt know the products. I asked about garlic bread she said "I dont know" and did not try to find an answer. We ordered 16 bone out wings sauce on the side and 1 Tuscan for 2 and cheese breadstix for $21.40 for carry out. Wife went in to pay and payed. We got home and pasta was burnt, bread sticks over cooked. And I only got 8 wings and they were bone in naked and tossed with sauce. So I called and got Dottie back on the phone. I asked for a manager she refused me. The manager said to Dottie to tell me she is busy and would call back, I said I paid for food I didnt receive I would wait, Dottie argued with me then put me on hold. Then Dottie picked up the phone after a few mins and when she realized it was me she told me Id have to hold. I said it was very important and that I need to speak to the manager asap she refused again and said she was doing her best. I told her if she wouldnt get the manager I was going to call corporate, then she got the manager. I told the manager my issue, she said she would get my order right and have it delivered. Its been over an hour. My order was taken at 5:11 with a promise time of 5:29. Its 6:35 and still dont have what I ordered. This place needs serious restructuring. Im never going back.

They dont have alot of options for specials on pizzas.have called a few different times and they usually only have 1 -2 specials going when other pizza huts have around 10 specials going.Its a small town so why give a good deal when u have too drive 30 min away for another pizza hut.I will be eating frozen pizza in this town or subway instead

I really enjoyed going to the pizza hut in Winterset. The waiting staff is very pleasant. Our food is always good and nothing has been wrong with it. Now I dont like going to the pizza hut because of the CEO you hired by the name of Mark is letting all the good employees go so I will never go to that pizza hut again.

Pizza was great. When it showed up. Not only did it take forever but waitress didnt refill drinks when brought the pizza. They were completely empty since pizza took forever. Restaurant was pretty much dead. Tried waving down someone but they seriously didnt see us for 20 mins. Finally we were done eating and left.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Always out of product. Called an order in at 1PM and couldnt deliver it. Its to bad that the Pizza Hut brand came out with a great new crust "The Fire Brick Crust" and it has to be spoiled by an overall poor restuarant experience. .

Dont go on sunday for buffet, always put out the sme thing! ((sausage thin crust)) But if you go during the week youll be the only one there and the waitstaff is always shorthanded but they are kind and they dont forget about you

Ordered a pepperoni and a beef, both medium hand tossed on Super Bowl Sunday. The crust was incredibly garlicky. It was awful. Pizza looked like it was thrown together. Not at all up to par.

Very rude staff and only one staff on duty during my visit. The menus were not correct and they could not make all the food in the menus. Once we got our food it was not fully cooked.
