Walked inside smelled terrible, ordered food waited for 5-10 minutes and we got our food and it was wrong!! Finally we got the right order, we went to sit down and noticed not one table was clean the floor was also very dirty in the kitchen and dining area. Finished our food it was alright but there was definitely not enough meat or cheese in the tacos. Another customer walked to the counter to order something else, he waited for at least five minutes before knocking on the counter. All of the staff was way in the back room messing with bubble rap including the manager. While making food workers were not wearing hair nets and were very dirty. All I have to say is DO NOT GO THERE. We will not be going back and will be calling Taco Bell corporate.

This Taco Bell is one of the newest additions to the city of Waukee. Very modern design and quick service. Employees are super great and happy to help. The lighting isnt too dim and it is a spacious environment. Great place for lunch or dinner. They offer breakfast as well. Edit: Drive through is quite slow and can be short staff often, but thats part of a new business. Pretty much the only location who has the new blue slushee machine working. Going to reiterate that the staff here are great, because they really are.

A few weeks ago we went inside around dinner time and were told that they would not be taking orders for at least fifteen minutes. We did not have time to wait (the reason we chose fast food) so we moved on. Today around lunch time I waited in the drive up line for several minutes. When it was my turn to order I was told that they are no longer accepting drive through orders because the dining room was too busy. What?? That has never happened to me in my lifetime! There will not be a third visit.

Been here a few times early morning, afternoon, and evening - dinning area always dirty, trash overflowing, tables dirty, floor dirty, afraid to go into bathroom. Long wait times. Have gone into drive thru many many times, my family are taco bell freaks, but waiting times is ridiculous minimum 10 mins -15 mins, why dont know. Wont be coming back. Sad part, is that this is a new business and its starting off really on the wrong foot, bad start. They need lots of work.

Worst taco bell ive ever been too. Everything Ive ordered has been wrong, old, or horrendously made. Their burritos arent even burritos, their literally 1 measuring cup worth of filling total and folded up in a small square. It literally took 4 bites to eat it. Further more on more one occasion Ive beenspoken towith complete and utter disrespect. Its called customer service. Learn it, live it, love it.

Stop for breakfast this morning and once again there are employee cars in the parking lot and no lights on inside at 7:10. I wait at lighted drive through menu till 7:15...nothing. Drive past the pickup window and clearly see someone standing there , they look at me and walk out of sight. Since they have opened , this has happened around 10 times.

(Feb. 2017) I have been here twice now - drive thru only. I do not have any experience with their inside service. If you come, expect a long wait time. Not quite sure, but it seems like they might be a bit short staffed at this point which could be why the wait is so long?

It is a Taco Bell. Hard shell deluxe are excellent as well as the Mexican Pizza. And if you enjoy Baja Blast Mountain Dew, I believe this is the only place you can get it. New built and opened, so they are still working out service kinks and such. That is why 3 stars

Mexican pizza was made completely wrong and sloppy. The wrong type of shell was used and missing sauce. Thought Id try it again and ordered with no beef. I always check to make sure before taking a bite and you can tell meat was scrapped off.

Food is generally made with very little care/poorly assembled. Messed up my orders more than once. Its in a great location, but it seems obvious that they are in need of some extra supper time staffing.

Any Culvers is 15 minutes faster than this place. Not sure if theyre understaffed or just really slow, but theyre 3 out of 3 for times Ive spent 1/2 hour in the drive thru line when they werent even busy

Service sucks. 2 times order 2 frito burritos, first time they forgot the frito chips on both & the second time forgot ti put rice on both. Both are important ingredients & screwed up my love for Taco

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Waukee. Their service is just as crappy as their food, small, sloppy portions and misleading menu items! I will never return to this location.

Went there twice and was short changed on both items, third time tried to drive thru at 11:15, but the high school kid working closed the store an hour early. Never go here

How many times must I stop at scheduled opening time of 7:00 and they are not open !! People inside milling about but place is dark ! Worst place to open in Waukee.

I know its pretty new but we eat here all the time and they screw our order up in the drive through 50% of the time. Its a bummer.
