Called at 3 pm to order a luncheon meal (deal from 2pm-3:30pm) and the person on the phone insisted it was 4pm, and that they were doing dinner only. I asked if they had luncheon meals still, they said yes. I confirmed with 2 computers, 2 wall clocks, 1 cellphone and 1 watch to make sure I wasnt going insane. After politely insisting that is was, indeed, 3pm and the luncheon deal was in effect, the person said "wrong number" and hung up on me. Im not even mad, thats amazingly terrible customer service.

WOW!!!! Made to order chinese food that will knock your socks off!! We frequently drive 30 miles to Knoxville to pick up an order from Dengs! I would rather eat their food than P.F. Changs any day. The price is great and the food is even better. Favorite hot and sour soup in the USA that i have tried and that is saying something. Highly reccomend this place for great food, fast and hot!

Out of everything weve tried only 1 thing was bad. They cant all be winners. Beef of a Stick was incredibly chewy. Like gnawing on it didnt make a difference. Other than that the food is hot, seasoned well, if you order spicey you get it and you get decent portion sizes. The lunch special is great. And the crab rangoons are better than what you find in Des Moines.

This place had amazing Chinese. The crab rangoon could have been sweeter just my preference, but the general tsao chicken was delicious. They may seem pricy, but you get a lot of food. We split an order of crab rangoon and general tsao chicken. Perfect amount. Will be eating here again.

Made a carry out order for the chicken chow me in and order of sesame chicken. Needless to say that the chow mein was very disappointing. The sesame chicken wasnt horrible but the sauce tasted more like ketchup. Did not fit my taste nor my wifes. $30 that we did not eat.

After years of watching those horrible Asian Buffets take over this industry it is so nice to have a freshly cooked meal made with real ingredients. Very Very good job from these former Califonians Great Food good service. all you need is a better bar.

Good Food. But if you are a high school student, dont plan on getting good service. When groups of kids go in for lunch, they often sit and wait while adults who come in AFTER them are waited on, served and leave.

Ate at P F Changs at Jordan Creek, and had the same meal as I had a few days before at Dengs Garden. Dengs was better, hands down. I agree that Dengs is a welcome change to the typical Oriental buffet fare.
